You can go at night, spotlight them and they will freeze in place. Take a burlap sack and you can load them up and catch a lot more. Very effective method of catching them. We used to do that when I was a kid.

Those grizzle color birds have a dominant gene. Most of their offspring will be variances of the grizzling. The white birds also actually have colors and patterns hidden under a masking gene. Those reds are called ash red. The male ash reds will typically have little black flecks that indicate their sex.

Cool video , i've been raising pigeons for over 20 years now .. i mainly have racing pigeons and fancy pouter pigeons ... i think it's best if you do the same if you want to take my advice .. have some white,blue,black,red racing pigeons they are much nice and more beautiful and you can race them it's so fun and you can make alot money out of them too .. and the fancy pouter pigeons , man that's a whole new world most beautiful pigeons , try and get some canario , jiennense , gaditano , granadino pigeons those to name a few ... :D
