I'm retired at 47, This video here reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to having over 65,000 biweekly profit, a honest partner and a good daughter full of love ❤
I can still remember the exact feeling on my biggest payday in the market. Imagine taking home $407k just from 12k initial deposit. For the newbies I'll encourage anyone to embrace copytrade as the best approach especially when you're a newbie
Huge! been trying to trade on my own for a while now but it isn't going well. Few weeks ago I lost about $10,000 in a particular trade. Can you at least advise me on what to do?
Omg, you’re on point!!!! I have been procrastinating on fully retiring from my job as a Registered Nuse for over 4 years now. I’m a 66-year old Filipina with over 36 years of a Nursing career. I have a house in Texas that I have postponed multiple times to put it on the market, I’m about to try it again next month. It hurts to listen to you because I have been paying a storage unit for the last 7 years from $195/month to now $660/month this is an addition to my mortgage for my house in Texas. I just spent more than 4K to do maintenance on my Mercedes SLK 300. You’re so 100% correct in everything you’re talking about. Live simple, live happy🥰. Thank you very much for sharing your honest opinion, experiences, perception and simply facts👍👍👍🥰.
Man’s best friend for a bit longer. Elderly Weimaraner that’s been a loyal companion. 13 years old he’s at the very end. Too old to take on the airplane. That’s the only thing that’s keeping me here. 12 year lifespan is average. The possessions I can dispose of. Great video. Thank you.
Very timely topic. I spent the morning packing my truck with my junk in my four bedroom and three bath house. Go to closing on the house with the Ex tomorrow. Hired a company to come in and take all the high end furniture for auction. Some items I didn’t want to load up, put a free sign on the front lawn and neighbors took everything within the hour. You’re absolutely right that it’s just junk.
Since I started watching you and listening to your philosophies I too have become a minimalist. I have 2 suitcases a backpack and my clothes. Oh and I own a half acre in the mountains of Western North Carolina. My taxes are less than 200 dollars a year on it. I sold everything in the last year so I could move here to the Philippines. My kids said they don't want the property so I think I might sell it soon. One less thing for them to have to deal with when I die. Thank you Mark for helping me and others with your knowledge.
The Bbq grill is the center piece of the family it there to cook food and share time around the grill it’s family time and dinner time around the table a good grill brings the family together to eat and pray together great show bro
Thank you so much. I really needed to hear this. Im not saying I'm ready because of your video, but it gave me some peace and perspective that i needed to hear out loud.
Lol I already did both of those Debt free and a vasectomy ! retiring in 16 months Is financially I will be good over 9k a month for the rest of my life been planning this shit for years
Boom!!!!!! Thanks King Marcos i really needed to hear this vlog today , Im trying to sell my unwanted things on Market place , only the things i though had value , and your right no body wants them , been on there for 3 weeks , i will just give them away , most items are junk ,, thanks for getting me back on track my friend Cheers ....
I am in a similar situation to many. Single living in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house overloaed with junk, bedroom sets in everybedroom, dining table sets, patio dining sets, large 65 inch screen tvs all the possible kitchen appliances, garage with a large tool chest full of tools and basement with multiple exercise equipment treadmill and all, barely used. Still toying with the idea of retirement, but the union negotiated 4 year pay increase keeps me at work
Great topic! We are debt free, asset rich, cash rich, Australian multi-millionaires (low end) on paper. But it doesn't feel like it because the cost and standard of living and costs here in Australian is so high. The average house price across the country is approaching $1m AUD and forget about renting! We still both work, she in her 40s, me, early 50s. We could easily retire to Asia now if we 'cashed it all in', but... I think the biggest risk is, moving to Asia is a one-way ticket. If it doesn't work out or it's not how you expect, you'll be in an extreme amount of hurt, both emotionally and financially, if you choose or are forced to return to your home country. Given the cost of living in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, you'll have to start again and will burn through savings re-establishing yourself. IMHO, you need to be damn sure you want to make the move. I have lived in NZ, UK and now Australia. Have considered moving to Brazil (partner and I have property there) but she doesn't want to leave Australia. Another consideration is your health. If you have health conditions, Asia can't accommodate health care to the levels of the western world, well, certainly not to the level of health care we receive here in Australia, some of the best in the world. On the topic of assets, every 6 months or so, we 'declutter' and donate excess 'things' to charity. Our rule is, if we are thinking of buying something, how will we feel about it in 6 months' time? If we think it will be gathering dust, we don't buy it. Have to say, Americans are horrendous for buying 'stuff'. They've enjoyed so many subsidised imports due to the countries purchasing power. Maybe about to change under the Trump government, for the better...supporting US manufacturers and protecting US jobs. One key lesson we have learned.... the older you get, the less 'stuff' you need.
Very good comment , i agree with with the prices of houses here in Australia im in Melbourne and if you rent you need $600 per week , Im planning to keep Melbourne and my home and travel to S,E Asia Philippines ect in 3 month Blocks 3Months Asia 3 months Melbourne , ect ect to see how it works , i dont think i could live in Philippines full time so im going to try the 3 month block plan ,, cheers
Agree with you brother. I will give all my stuff away and your right getting older makes you wiser or more stupid either way I don’t care anymore. I’m all in and plan on making it a permanent move with no regrets since my wife plans to spend all our money which isn’t a fortune.
@markg999 over half our wealth is tied up in our home, which only provides on paper returns as the value increases. Can't live off the other $1m as cost of living here in Australia is crazy and we don't want to move overseas. I know, first world problem, I'm not complaining.
@AUNZAnon I'd proably downsize/move in the future...only way to get any benefit from increased value of property. Why some don't even include home in networth. Home can go up to 2 million if still at same place only one that benefits is your kids one day if they sell house.
Too Damn Hot on station locked and ready for another great show. Greetings my friends in Paradise Hope you made it thru all those storm . We're getting back to normal after the storms we just went thru. The last videos were great the girls have gotten a lot better making videos. There all great... ❤ .
Great video Marcus! I’m in the middle of getting rid of all my stuff. It’s winter here in Michigan. I’m going to take a reconnaissance mission for about four or five months and come back to this freaking mess and finish up black bags already loaded and brought to the curb for the most part. Just a little bit more next summer. And I’ll be completely done no women as of yet pulling at my heart strings. I will be rid of all my worldly possessions by the end of August 2025! This fall just after I retired. I sold $5000 worth of shit. All the guns except for a couple or gone. The rest of them will be gone just before I leave. If the reconnaissance mission goes well!
same here in Alaska....taking another recon of Philippines in January for 6 months...same as last winter....gonna decide to try 1 year just befor 2026 starts
so true, In 2018 I did some downsizing and moved into a 350 sq ft motorhome, traveled from S. Florida to California and back. Now i live in it, in the orlando area. You can't have a lot of stuff when your place is super small and i don't miss any of that junk. When I go to the Phils, I bring just a backpack for my 2 week visits there, you really don't need much to get by.
My wife wants to go back home, and I haven’t been to the 🇵🇭 yet. We’ve been planning to live there after I retire, which I did this year! It’s taken us about a year now to get everything in place. Except for a car and a couple of old pieces of furniture, literally everything we own will fit in three suitcases. I feel like a refugee in my own country! I was broken-hearted as 64 years of my life went to family (hers), friends or the dumpster. It hurt Man! But looking at my beautiful girl, I’m sure it’s the right decision! Point is, when you find the right Filipina, she becomes the focus of all your love, not material possessions. And yes, getting rid of all your 💩 is liberating. Stay adventurous my friends!
You were absolutely right I look at all my shit And all I see are anchors And I have some nice shit too classic cars Every damn tool you can think of My uncle Was like a father to me.Only father ever knew He talked about doing the same shit liquidating stuff And he never did Time just kept going by He would always say Someday I'm gonna get rid of all this shit And move back to the philippines when he died All of his shit was sold for pennies He had harleys Like you said the classic corvette a 63 As I was throwing his stuff away, I realized It was just weight And we are a product of our decisions I have been slowly getting rid of all of my shit Every time I get rid of something I feel so much lighter Time to live None of this shit will fit in my casket !
Even if you have no plans to relocate when you retire, just reducing the burden of having less material possessions is a good feeling. Take that money you saved and invest it somewhere (high yield savings, short term CDs, or lower risk index stocks).....you'll have more play money for that dream trip or just a party with friends and family. Great video.
This video knocked home for me materialistic things are just junk, wish ward have nown this 20 years ago only found this out couple years ago when I was working on my car, couldn't do it no more old age caught up with me,time is killer quality time is the key to good life, godbless Marco nother great video
Cool I am learning new things from older men interesting 🤔 I am so glad and blessed my family are close to each other happy full of life were happy Americans 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤🥳🥳🥳 and thank you for sharing your videos.
Great content Marcus! Pulling the trigger on retirement in next 25 months, then off to Philippines with my Asawa! Time to start minimizing now, maybe if I do we can move sooner. Thanks man!
Thank you, brother from Conyers, Georgia. I’ve been to the Phil twice. I needed to hear everything you just went through on your video. You’re right! I’ll be back for one more recon trip for about 90 days then I will begin to make my move. Thank you. Simper Fi
Good suggestions as stuff is just that stuff and it can be replaced at anytime. Storage is a ball and chain so selling and giving it away can feel good. Making room for the new memories that will be created is an exciting prospect in retirement im close to the decision and have it down to about 4 pieces of luggage 🧳 all in when i step away from it all for the next adventure 📝 Thanks for sharing this episode 🙏
You make a lot of sense. I was going to move from California to Kansas and bring my gf and daughter to the USA. The big thing is I have 3 Corvettes and several other cars. Also lots of investment properties and my main residence I want to sell and move out of Los Angeles. The investment properties are in a trust and corps etc and I own the management company taking care of them and have proper management running it all without my help I just check the numbers through my online access as I have done for decades. I am going to sell everyone the cars except I planned to keep my 4x4 Hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee and one Corvette, but why buy another house and move all this shit to Kansas. I should just sell it all and move to PH. Well one reason is our daughter wants to see snow on Christmas, so to make that come true I was planning all this move for our future but I think we can just take a vacation to the snow on Christmas. Although I would lose my medical coverage in the USA after being gone for 6 months, that insurance has been very important to me. That is another reason to keep a residence here in the USA and keep my bank accounts here. What are you going to do if you have major medical problems? You are not old enough to collect social security so what's the best to do, everyone seems to say keep our retirement income going to American banks then transfer what we need to PH. So there is another reason to have a residence in the USA. Starting to add up reasons to keep a home base here in the USA. Many factors to consider especially in my case. It is not as easy as just selling everything and going. Thanks for the info. God bless you all!
I've been watching your channel for years, in addition to a plethora of other 'American Expats in the Philippines' channels. I've seen you grow in addition to you and others helping me grow in my understanding of Philippine Culture. To start with (including photo), are you sporting a Traska watch, or Christopher Ward? Curious. I'm 57 and my Filipina fiancee is 39. Just got her here on K-1 Visa Oct. 29, JFK, with our newborn son, now 9 months, turning 10 months old Dec. 7 and you KNOW how Filipina moms love to celebrate every month as a Birthday. ;) We had a blast staying 2 nights at the TWA Hotel in JFK, then onwards to Indiana. I am about a decade behind you in the process of letting shit go and transitioning into a simpler, happier life....getting married in about 30 days within 90 day window, then spending 3-4 years living here, traveling inside US with fiancee, new son and 17 year old son. BUT starting the process of planning for eventual move BACK to Philippines, which was original goal. Couldn't agree with you more about accumulating crap over the decades. I spent almost a year decluttering current house, which I bought from parents, of decades of pack-rat mentality of my father, now passed. Then I realized I have same tendencies. When we move to Philippines, I only plan on shipping ahead 4-5 B boxes with true keepsakes, like family photos, heirlooms, my kids paintings....things that really matter. Not the furniture, inherited tables, etc.....if we do cross paths in the Philippines, I'd love to have a beer with you and have a long conversation with the Stephen King of American Expats in the Philippines. ;) PS...thanks for turning me onto Saddle Back leather.... shit, can't figure out how to add photo. :(
I became a sort of minimalist in the province.I also have found that if you own your home $500 a month is doable. Electric $40 Water free we have a electric water pump. Internet Smart fiber p1,700 $35 about. We raise chickens and have a catfish, tilapia pond.We grow vegetables and fruit. The rest of the $500 is for household products, personal products, food and gas for the van if we go camping.
@@mateor7302 Yes, simple is best, materialistic gadgets never really appealed to me, except I do have a 65 inch Smart TV,so I can watch Overstay Road 😜
You are speaking powerful and profound truth! 😊 You know what, I think you might have missed your calling; you would have made a great preacher! 😂 😇 Why do I say this, brotha man? 🤔 Well, because I am a preacher! 😇 Right now, I am not actively pastoring, but I know one when I see one!!! 👀 I don't care about your life and all your past experiences; most of the time, those are things that actually help people because many people are living the way you live. Nevertheless, I just wanted to say, as always... I appreciate what you are doing, and keep up the good work! 🎉 😊
One Option is to ship the small expensive items and sell or give away the rest. When you get a visa in the Philippines you are allowed one duty free shipment. I was working overseas when I retired and was fortunate that in the contract with my company, they paid for my shipment. What cost me was shipping my cat. Everybody and his brother wanted their palms greased. It cost me close to $2K to ship my cat. I tried to find a home for him but nobody wanted him because he was a grown cat. I managed to get him to the Philippines and my girlfriend picked him up and processed him through. The airlines in the Philippines would not allow him on the flight so she had to take this poor old cat on a 14 hour bus ride. He made it though.
When it came to the final crap that I was left with. The term that came to my mind was the two words my Father used to say, "File Thirteen". And my Father was a three time WWII Nazi Concentration surviver. Do Your research and figure out for Yourself what File Thirteen means. I only kept certain books, historical family papers, a few family photos, and my Family Tree, that goes back to the year 812 A.D. Oh, and a few tools.
Mark, I'm struggling with selling my vinyl record collection .... this is exactly the point you are making. I have a storage unit in Topeka, Kansas ... live in Kansas City .. And it's full of basically ... my entire life. No junk, real wood furniture, collectables, muscle car parts, a 2006 Suzuki Hayabusa,...... material BS ... I love a lot of that stuff, but, it's in the way of a new life. That money would go really far for me.
You’re moving on to a new chapter in your life. You can let those things circulate on to people at other stages in their lives where they have time and facilities to work on cars, ride that sports bike, cherish those albums as much as you did. Those items will live on where they will be used and appreciated while giving you financial fuel to live your new dreams. Win-win 😊👍
I have a hard time with my wife trying to get her to part with "junk",yes King, thats what i call it also.I have said the exact same thing,if its been sitting around forever and not serving a purpose, its JUNK.I normaly get rid of things when she is not around, can any body else relate to this head ache.?
I downsized from a 3 bedroom house to an apartment in 2012 when I relocated for work. I bought a condo in 2016 and am filling it up. Working on decluttering. Went to the Philippines last Feb for a month. In 2025 going for two months. I have a lot going on in the States in the summer, including sailing. Summers are nice here. I think I will be more of a snowbird dividing my time between the Philippines and the States. I'm retired and medical services in my city is excellent. I had a garage sale before I moved. It wasn't worth my time. I had a storage shed for yard tools. Told a friend to just take it all. Not really attached to anything there except for my father's military flag and mom's ashes. I hear you 😮😮😮
While listening to your video, I at last got the courage to throw away 2 things plus I am going to ask my neighbor if he wants 3 of my fishing tackle boxes (FOR FREE). I still have 2 years before I retire, and I have been throwing away 1 thing a week .... but the tackle boxes are a big item. They are 3rd generation family items. It is sad that my nephews don't want them. Don't worry, I still have 3 more tackle boxes that are 3rd generation. I will sell them with the house. Most of the items were books and I gave them to a used book store 2 years ago for FREE. I just want them to go to someone who will enjoy them.

a hundred percent right about keeping a car to just collect dust in the garage.. I bought an M3 for 32 grand used. during the course of ownership I put a grand total of 5 thousand miles on it. it was basically a weekend car, then I took it off my insurance and it sat for 4 years 😖 I could have sold it for 21 grand right after I non opted it same shit happened like he said, dried out seals , tires rotted, battery ruined, paint oxidized rubber molding went to shit, finally came to my senses, took a beating, sold it for 9500 dollars to my nephew, and he’s already sunk about 6 grand in it. stupid, I shothave dumped it sooner, would have been 12,000 dollars ahead 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Listen to this man I'm from the us I am 32 years old I have 486k in my 401k I've been maxing out my 401k every year I still have about 28-35 years left and I still feel like by the time I retire my retirement still wouldn't be enough by the time I retire I would probably move to Vietnam when I retire
husband speaking. Currently in Cebu. We are in the process of clearing our big home - selling some items, a couple items to our son, the rest may be 1-800 got junk. 😆
It depends on how you got the stuff. If you got the stuff for free like pool tables and table tennis and use for recreation during retirement to keep your health in shape then you are ahead of the game. But if you are paying for the stuff and paying for storage, then you are getting ripped off. Life is about owning stuff for your benefits. If you don't use it, you don't need it. Keep it simple.
I have been thinking it would be great if you would write another book! A book on retirement. You talked about years sitting next to old asses on bar stools learning their lessons and blending that with your own. write another book, read the audio version. Hit the best sellers list?
Hire an estate sale company. They will keep a percent of the profit and donate or throw away the rest. Cost you nothing maybe put a few bucks in your pocket.
I am sitting here debating retiring right now but my official retirement date is june of next year when i reach 62. I do have money in the bank i could use until my pension kicks in. It is cold here and snow i want to move to the Philippines now!
#2 husbands, wife, maid and neighbor girl just got back from walking the dogs - I wanted a shower - no water. It will be back on in a couple hours. We paid 2k for our grandfather clock. Sold it for $300. Just to get rid of it.
Marcos why don’t you charge for consultations? I see these vloggers that offer this service but they are not for me. I don’t know how much they charge for this service, but I’m sure you could find the current rate. I would most definitely use your service and I’m pretty sure many more of your subscribers would to.
Are you planning on retiring over seas? If not this topic has zero to do with you. And if you are planning on retiring overseas you’re one of the people he’s talking about. Those people who will spend their money on a storage locker for years , that’s holding junk.
Nope nope I didn't regagistate coming back to the AOR but make sure if they come out here they have a source of income every month before coming by out here or you could be like one of these American squatted finding deluxe up and down driftwood and junk illegal squatter shelter on the side of a street in the city... Don't think the us embassy going to bail you out either they don't care about you, I Kno that for a fact since dealing on other business with the them. There's homeless Americans living on these streets in around cities these entertainment bars are located and they lost control and nobody going to help them out either way. Just keep that in mind, come with money and have a steady incoming of it every month, if you don't believe me ask the host here he'll regagistate it again.
I made it 10 years in the philippines using scooters till last month I bought a new Toyota car . Getting old means i need safty now .7 years ago I gave my house to my son , sold everything he didn't want and I flew to the philippines .
He yma man the king! The biggest liability of my life was my Ex Wife, that's why she became my Ex. I'd take a Toyota Century SUV over a bad woman anyday. But I agree, a woman you connect with , emotionally, spiritually is special if you can find it!
Hell I been working on it for over two years have in that time paid off large plot of land paid off new car and bike just the things I want as I'm only 40 but want some of my luxury items there for me but no debt because no SSB for 20 years
Best decision of my life was not getting married......to a modern American woman. I enjoy working occasionally but I'd rather golf and take road trips! Timmy C Arizona
Hey insurance is cheap there I'm paying 6.5k for year of there so called full coverage but yes in the states I sold everything I own have rest away spend half my year there half here in states but a owner op trucker live in my truck to save for the big final move lol
Your are an inspiration. Thanks implaning to live SEA I'm throwing and selling my shit dvd cd worthless its funny throwing out photos memories they in my head.its hard but itd like one off the war movie ,s where they have to throw every out to lighten the load to land and survive. Time to move and lighten the load, look again all war,s if u cant grab your shit and go ,or you're gone
Sell all that shit! I probably donated a few thousand dollars worth of crap to Goodwill. I have a small, 5x5 storage unit with a few small boxes of sentimental crap. $45/mo. When I go back to the states to visit sometime late next year, I'll probably get rid of half that shit too.
== LET GOD. LET GO == Why are we running around like chickens with our heads cut off? Yeah, some control is good to have, but there comes a time when Jesus takes the wheel. Amen?
lets be real here.. I think Marcos life would be better for him in Thailand and also for Fatima, Maria and forest. at times a change of scenery works wonders. the Philippines is a beautiful country, but I would never live their. I cant wait to retire myself, my mind and body will tell me when its time to step away and enjoy the rest of life..
good stuff... well you helped me see the light so to speak. I just came back to Seattle to take care of some business after moving abroad a year ago. I thought it would be a good idea to buy a car and leave with my brother while I head back to the PI. $610 payments + $140 insurance a month for 72 months...........NOPE not doing it.... I came back with one bag and I'm leaving with one bag back to my girl in the PI with no ties left back in Seattle except my brother to visit once a year or so...

The first thing someone must accept when retiring. , start debt free , minimal spending, warmer weather, great hospitals
...and have enough income to live at least another 20 years.
And a vasectomy
The "no scalpel" method is a breeze
@ amen
Lol I already did both of those Debt free and a vasectomy ! retiring in 16 months Is financially I will be good over 9k a month for the rest of my life been planning this shit for years
@ fantastic , now make sure you ensure your health and health insurance are there , as money alone will not help
Well said my brother.
Yeah I think I remember Mark giving away his barbecue a few years ago to his driver when he was moving….😊

Spot on with this one King Marcos.
But dagummit I got a boatload of tools that I'll never use again but they're there just in case !!

Why you never touch the principle of money invested. You live off under 5% of the gains you get a year that way you'll be fine.
Thanks!
Thank you very much, my friend!

Thank you Markos I needed to hear this✅✅👍🏼💞hi to family
Great video, dude. Very insightful and interesting topic. I think this format fits you well.
You’re a Very-Wise Man Marcos!❤😊
I don't need no woman I need a good dog 🐕
unless your banging, you dont need a woman,,, maybe companionship but we all born alone, die alone , buried alone etc
I did the storage thing.. you did it right.. you can’t come to phils or Thailand one foot in and one foot out… those that do will fail long-term
I've already thrown away most of my crap.
You were absolutely right I look at all my shit And all I see are anchors And I have some nice shit too classic cars Every damn tool you can think of My uncle Was like a father to me.Only father ever knew He talked about doing the same shit liquidating stuff And he never did Time just kept going by He would always say
Someday I'm gonna get rid of all this shit And move back to the philippines when he died All of his shit was sold for pennies He had harleys Like you said the classic corvette a 63 As I was throwing his stuff away, I realized It was just weight And we are a product of our decisions I have been slowly getting rid of all of my shit Every time I get rid of something I feel so much lighter Time to live None of this shit will fit in my casket !
You are 100% right Marcos, no time like the present!
You’re looking strong and healthy
I became a sort of minimalist in the province.I also have found that if you own your home $500 a month is doable.
Electric $40
Water free we have a electric water pump.
Internet Smart fiber p1,700 $35 about.
We raise chickens and have a catfish, tilapia pond.We grow vegetables and fruit.
The rest of the $500 is for household products, personal products, food and gas for the van if we go camping.
Sounds like a nice, peaceful life!
what province did you move to ?

You know what, I think you might have missed your calling; you would have made a great preacher! 😂 😇
Why do I say this, brotha man? 🤔
Well, because I am a preacher! 😇
Right now, I am not actively pastoring, but I know one when I see one!!! 👀
I don't care about your life and all your past experiences; most of the time, those are things that actually help people because many people are living the way you live.
Nevertheless, I just wanted to say, as always...
I appreciate what you are doing, and keep up the good work! 🎉 😊
Great video, thanks.
That money would go really far for me.
junk
You’re moving on to a new chapter in your life. You can let those things circulate on to people at other stages in their lives where they have time and facilities to work on cars, ride that sports bike, cherish those albums as much as you did. Those items will live on where they will be used and appreciated while giving you financial fuel to live your new dreams. Win-win 😊👍
In exactly the same situation, focus RS, 3500 vinyl and 250 pairs of vintage runners plus all furniture… I’m
Really struggling to part with them

Great video
Excellent..
Material possessions. Does that include food? A permanent shelter?
I hear you 😮😮😮
You’re the king
another good video

I bought an M3 for 32 grand used. during the course of ownership I put a grand total of 5 thousand miles on it. it was basically a weekend car, then I took it off my insurance and it sat for 4 years 😖 I could have sold it for 21 grand right after I non opted it same shit happened like he said, dried out seals , tires rotted, battery ruined, paint oxidized rubber molding went to shit, finally came to my senses, took a beating, sold it for 9500 dollars to my nephew, and he’s already sunk about 6 grand in it. stupid, I shothave dumped it sooner, would have been 12,000 dollars ahead 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
and yes, rats 🐀 got in the engine bay, was lucky they didn’t chew up any electrical wiring
My storage unit got broken into and all the good stuff was stolen anyway!!😠
I know my brother will probably steal the 1970s vynil album collection and the reel to reel that was only used maybe 10 times since 1977.😂

husband speaking. Currently in Cebu. We are in the process of clearing our big home - selling some items, a couple items to our son, the rest may be 1-800 got junk. 😆
My mind was blown by how little I was able to get for my gun collection
Thumbs up !
Marcos why don’t you charge for consultations? I see these vloggers that offer this service but they are not for me. Are you planning on retiring over seas? If not this topic has zero to do with you. And if you are planning on retiring overseas you’re one of the people he’s talking about. Those people who will spend their money on a storage locker for years , that’s holding junk.
@TandCinthePH sir, my statement what's an attempt for a little levity and sarcasm. Good luck and good day to you sir
