Another great video, samurai. I really like that vise setup, and your lighting is always very good. This inspires me to practice picking a lot more.

Well "dispatched" as usual. Good job with nice clear explanation including shots of parts detailing the BiLock NG picking procedures and pitfalls (i.e., watch those oversets). Has anyone picked the 3rd Generation EX (Exclusive)?

This is fantastic. I've been working on my BiLock and have a question: Is it necessary to wait activate the 13th element after all 12 pins are set? I've been picking the right side of mine first, hitting the 13th element, then moving on to the left side. Is this a reasonable strategy or am I shooting myself in the foot?

You can pick the 13th element whenever it binds, but it may be to your advantage to leave it until the very end, depending on the individual lock. In my lock I could have picked it immediately after setting the right side pins, but leaving it unset actually left the plug in a more optimal position for picking out of some of the false gates on the left side. Try it both ways for your lock, and see if one way is easier than the other.

@@legendofthesamurai Thanks for your response. I'll try picking the 13th element at the end-

Quick change key aka dremel tool... Hopefully no one is using these locks thinking the users (with normal key) can't lock out everyone by creating 2 dimples on their key... 🤣
