Captain Lee, Kate, and Ashton reunite as a team and embark on an exciting new season in Thailand on mega yacht “Valor.” After his brush with death last season and promotion to bosun, Ashton’s work hard, play harder persona is at an all-time high. While his leadership on deck holds strong, Ashton struggles below deck to keep his emotions in check after the crew gets an unexpected surprise that rocks Ashton to his core. Chef Kevin’s high standards and strict rules for the kitchen and service clash with Kate’s stew style, leading to fiery confrontations in the galley. Kate tries to foster a productive work environment for her team, but when Simone feels favoritism to Courtney, the stews go head-to-head. When Abbi is unable to adapt to the high demands of yachting, Brian and Tanner are forced to pick up the extra work. Brian, Ashton, Tanner, Simone, Courtney, and Kate all find themselves in and out of love on the boat, resulting in love triangles and heartbreak. I am actually surprised that Ashton wasn't removed from the set/show immediately. It was to close to being violent. Actually, it WAS emotionally abusive. Does Kate run her mouth, yes. But the show I love seems to be allowing abuse, which is sad.

This episode is extremely unsettling. The men state that Kate’s ‘words’ alone were more than ample justification for physical and sexual abuse. These men systematically worked to undermine any authority Kate had. They were absolutely green with jealousy that Kate had the respect of Captain Lee.

Very interesting inputs. I`m 70 and drank and partied plenty. I don`t change. I`ve known a lot of people who do, And they do have a problem. A couple of friends have 3 dui`s. They are hard working frugal people but can`t handle it. They keep trying though.

Remember when Kate was upset in the van and wanted to get out, ASAP??? And said to " Stop the van here !! I want to get out here and walk !! " A Producer told her right away to wait to get out, as they were almost at the Yacht. Kate was too upset and said NO!!!, to her.

Except for the time that she left Simone alone to wait on the passengers. She was busy fixing drinks and the chef had breakfast ready, but there was no one to serve it. Kate was sleeping in her bunk. Then when they had to wake her up to help serve breakfast, she was angry about being disturbed. It's her job to organize the stewards. And she didn't do it. She is sneaky and hateful, and she needs to be fired. Then thrown off the boat into the sea.

It was the third time Ashton sexually assaulted Kate. And he physically threatened her. She is tiny and he is huge. She was probably terrified, especially since Below Deck and production were doing absolutely nothing to stop him. It is no wonder she raced off the boat with nothing but her purse. And for Ashton to claim that he had nothing to do with her leaving -- that it was Kate "losing control" whatever that means. If I was Kate I'd be finding a lawyer. Contract or no contract -- this is beyond workplace harassment and this is why laws exist that no contract should be allowed to negate.

I love their relationship, its like father and daughter. Kate is an amazing first stew, id love to see an episode without her in charge and see how everything disintegrates. She is the reason these people get tips. Captain does his job and respects the decisions of his first stew and bosun.

Kate knew Ashton was drinking and instigated trouble. Women have attacked men and thrown themselves on them and it’s not sexual harassment. I don’t think Ashton kissing her was done as a sexual attack. He felt he was getting along with her. Kate being older and wiser knew he was drunk and purposely instigated the situation. She knows he is a hard worked and is jealous the captain respects that and hit him where she knew he was weak. That’s fine but don’t act innocent about it. She knew exactly what she was doing. Kate could of said nothing and addressed it with the captain and Ashton in the morning if she was that offended but she was taking too much pleasure in his intoxicated condition and trying to make him look bad. So Kate may not be the easiest person to get on with, but at the end of the day she is there to do a JOB and does it well. Aston's behavior is 100% unacceptable he is supposed to be a leader and therefore manage himself as well as the crew. He failed completely. I also feel the producer or cameraman should have stepped in. Ashton should be fired for acting the way he did. in today's society what he did would result in dismissal, I have seen people fired for much less. Bravo actually have a duty to make sure the he is fired by reporting this to the Captain. The fact Ashton calls his alter ego Smashton means he knows he has an issue and that alone sets off alarms bells. I would like to see what was cut out but based on what was shown Ashton is 100% in the wrong. and the other guys defending him are just as bad.

I’m livid after the episode and watching these clips. All the guys on this season (with the exception of the Captain) are misogynistic pieces of excrement. Bravo you allowed a crew member to be intimidated, threatened and attacked physically and verbally on your watch. Ashton should have been removed from the crew the moment they returned to the ship. Take a stand against this toxic masculinity and the boys club era and let everyone know it’s not ok! FFS! Allowing these guys to victim blame Kate and take no responsibility for their own actions is disgusting. They and you (Bravo producers) should be ashamed of yourselves.
This season is a case study for toxic masculinity. The boys have done so many wildly inappropriate things in between charter, and also have not really consistently delivered in terms of job performance. They blame someone who is a good worker with a personality they don’t like very much for “triggering” Ashton. That makes absolutely no sense.

I totally agree, Smashton physically grabbed Kate and sexually asualted her three time one the show; first at the bar on the dance floor, then when they went to the beach resort and a third advance in the van!!!! This is blatant sexual harassment!!! Kate is such a hard worker, she cares about the passengers and does her best to cater to their needs. This is totally unacceptable behavior! If that Ashton is not fired from BRAVO I will not watch this show again!!! He punched the van window and tryed to punch her but was stopped BECAUSE she turned down ALL of his advances. He should be sued for sexual harrassment and emotional abuse. And if you watch the clip in the van she doesn't realized he is coming over the seat to put his nasty tongue in her mouth! She didn't have her mouth open for him, she is just breathing oxygen, ya know we need it to survive! She is lucky she got out of that van alive! I was horrified for her and then to add insult to injury they call her old and blame her for everything.
