Captain Lee, Kate, and Ashton reunite as a team and embark on an exciting new season in Thailand on mega yacht “Valor.” After his brush with death last season and promotion to bosun, Ashton’s work hard, play harder persona is at an all-time high. While his leadership on deck holds strong, Ashton struggles below deck to keep his emotions in check after the crew gets an unexpected surprise that rocks Ashton to his core. Chef Kevin’s high standards and strict rules for the kitchen and service clash with Kate’s stew style, leading to fiery confrontations in the galley. Kate tries to foster a productive work environment for her team, but when Simone feels favoritism to Courtney, the stews go head-to-head. When Abbi is unable to adapt to the high demands of yachting, Brian and Tanner are forced to pick up the extra work. Brian, Ashton, Tanner, Simone, Courtney, and Kate all find themselves in and out of love on the boat, resulting in love triangles and heartbreak. Rhylee has had 3 superiors over 2 seasons, she has had the exact same problems with all three. She is so horrible to her peers and her superiors.
She is very, very angry and has no idea how to appropriately express her feelings. She is an insecure emotionally stunted person. Nobody should hire this woman no matter how hard she works. She only causes controversy and drama and is a detriment to ANY organization.

She had very few issues with Ross...a few arguments where she was in the wrong, but not near the level as with this group of jerks or Ashton. Ross was a great guy unlike these jerks. Rhylee was just reactive too often, not necessarily in the wrong.
Maybe look at how arrogant and full of themselves they all were for starters and flip that situation and find out how that works out

I think she wanted to know why Ashton thought is was her fault. What she did, asking for a paleo option, was totally innocent. That Chef made it a big deal was insane. That Ashton blamed Rylie was unfair.

But in this case, the chef was at fault, and Rylie didn't back down. Seriously, a chef who becomes befuddled, or offended by the word "paleo"? What is wrong with him? He was being absurd, and Ashton thought it was Rylie's doing? Rylie is a problem, but this was chef's fault, and kind of Tanner for piling on to chef's stupidity. Tanner was probably innocently just trying to joke around, but to Rylie it probably felt like they were ganging up on her.

The show has become very staged. The return of Rhylee is evidence of that shift. The first few seasons were a real behind the scenes of life "below deck" but like all Bravo shows, they eventually consist of contrived relationships, firings, hook ups, etc. Boring.

I feel bad for Rhylee because I don’t feel like she was completely in the wrong but people are going to point fingers at her more because of how she came off last season. Was her request for the chef dumb? Yeah, but he kept dragging it. He wanted confrontation with her. He wanted to make her look dumb and put her in her place. Kevin and rhylee are crazy similar in the sense they’re not gonna let shit go. It annoys me that Ashton was seemingly siding with kevin because he has prior issues with her. Understandably she shouldn’t have freaked out on Ashton like she did but he was telling her he was wrong in the situation and coddling Kevin, who seems to have problems with strong women.

I think everyone is at fault and has there own little issues. Personally I like the boss or manager or whatever the head of the boats name is because he’s the only one who doesn’t even care about the drama. I thank my lucky stars I don't have to deal with boys with such backward, chauvinistic, and childishly ill-mannered ways! The fact that they act in front of the cameras as they do indicates they have been raised without being taught how to treat others. The male deck crew seems to be threatened by strong capable women. They follow Ashtons lead and gang up in true bully style. Then when Rhylee reacts she is blamed for being a troublemaker...it is disgusting! Captain Lee doesn't help the situation and I am shocked that in this day and age, and considering there is video footage, it was allowed to go on and handled so unfairly. People say that it has happened before but both times it was led and manipulated by Ashton! Who for some reason doesn't get the blame....his Mother must be ashamed of him, I know I would be!

I haven’t seen this full episode but if someone say they don’t like to be called something why get defensive? From this clip looks like rylee was the aggressor. And that’s why Ashton said what he said. Then she got defensive with Ashton when she thought he said member and not members. Smh
If you saw this episode in full, you would see both Rhylee and Kevin were in the wrong, and Ashton was behaving with the influence from Rhylee's previous interactions with her, and with his own macho atitudes.

In this case, I think Rhylee was not wrong, but I think her previous behaviors caused others to see her being in the wrong. In the middle of the argument, the Chef left and came back to a very calm Rhylee, and the Chef used the term for that diet again to purposefully provoke Rhylee again. This is the reason I thought the Chef was in more wrong than Rhylee. I think Ashton blamed Rhylee not just because his previous interactions with her, but also his unwillingness to confront the Chef whose position was equal to his.

This show is dying because they are doing the typical staging for drama, instead of like the first two seasons just showing life as a new crew with good people you would actually like. None of the last few crew on this show have been very interesting. Also Ben said in the last season he was on with Kate that she always chooses that one crewmember to bully and to fight with every season that has gotten old. Like they try to find the worst people to show on this reality tv when we would rather see the best people and how they struggle in a new career. People also would like to see the scenery, local places of interest, and restaurants, not continual drama you idiot producers.

Exactly! It was abundantly clear that Ashton wanted Riley fired the day before she even arrived. I know so much must happen behind the scenes, and Riley is a strong personality, but the deck crew are acting like Adventure 4th grade girls who don't want the new girl to be part of the group.
Say what you want about Rhylee. She is GREAT TV!
