I'm really trying to find that balance between the calorie deficit and not confusing my metabolism by not eating enough...Seems like before having my second child, cutting carbs was a lot easier and 'result producing'😅 I know I should incorporate much more movement but it can be hard as a mom to a little! Oh I can only imagine as a full time mom! 😅 Your body and metabolism may ah e changed slightly after child birth so don’t be afraid to approach eating in a NEW way. It’s good that you’re learning you don’t respond the same. That’s actually progress (albeit frustrating 😂)
I feel you so much. I've tried many things. I never lost my pregnancy weight even years after giving birth.... its awful ahahaha What worked for me is fasting + Keto diet. But tbh I don't stress myself too much with the food I eat anymore. I focus on fasting tho but when I'm allowed to eat I just make sure I try to eat as less rice or bread as possible, or completely remove them from my food. I still eat proper amount serving of food. >,< and thankfully that worked for me and I'm happier cuz I dont worry about my food anymore. XD
