    I absolutely dig the service loops & extra slack for servicing purposes! Phenomenal build!

    I’ve done this wiring on marine for over 25 years and this video is surely impressive. It is interesting to see “ dressing out the wiring” as you go, rather than at the end. I guess when you do this every day, with generally the same or similar standard equipment, you sure get good and quick. Very impressive !

    Where can I get those stripe colored wires for the lights?
    I need multiple different colors in one cable, do they make that?

    Amazing video, I'd love to hear why what wire goes where and what wires are bing grounded vs what wires are not.

    I’m trying to get my car upfitted and I have to provide all of the parts and stuff, what parts would I need to ensure my car battery is protected and won’t drain? I’ll be running a TA, whelen hhs3200 siren, and a front visor bar and a couple side marking lights. Can you let me know what parts I will need to ensure that the connection is safe for both my car battery and the equipment? Thank you!

    DO you guys make the harnesses outside of the vehicle, or do you piece them together in the car?

    • @GuardianFleetSafety
      @GuardianFleetSafety  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We have an entire wall of wire and each harness is custom build on a large table that is vehicle specific. That harness is then dropped into the vehicle. Piecing it together in the car = hack work.

    Amazing!! This is what separates GREAT from ok. And uniformed agencies will still routinely go with "ok" to save a few hundred bucks, which they'll easily spend on either downtime or labor taking cars back in to 'those' shops for repair. Do your research! Demand this and be willing to pay for it. At the end of the day it's safer, more efficient and less cost effective! Guardian leading the way.

    Any chance 30-40 light pods in a build are contributing to driver confusion

      If they are all properly sync'ed and slowed down in park, then no. You can definitely overdo it, we see it all the time. Slow the patterns down and don't make a purple blob. More is not better, but at the same time, it's not the amount of lights that's the issue as much as how/when they are flashing that's making a distraction issue.

    Now what do you do if someone violently ripped all of that out and then you bought the car, assuming it wasn't nice and neat to begin with?

    I’m curious what fuse block you use? Or is it one y’all make in house?
