I’ve searched for months for a video like this. None exist, until now. Thank you! If you haven’t already, can you show how to hook several lights up to the same button? I.E. just the rear or full pursuit mode? Thank you again
How do you mean? With a relay like that you could essentially run them all off one button . I'm not quite sure what you mean , I will definitely be happy to explain it further if you can give me more details! As always you can call me anytime! at 717-708-1422
@@swatarawarninglights thank you for the reply. For example, hooking visor lights up to grill lights functioning off 1 button. Or, utilizing a different button to activate all lights..visors, grill, runners, stick bar ect. Can the Typhoon handle that type of output? If so I’m curious how to wire them up with this particular controller and relay setup. Thanks
@Bwatt5000 so the typhoon can't handle the output like that , but connected to a relay it can , because the only load coming off it is for switching the relay which is basically nothing for amperage. The relay itself handles the entire load off its output terminal making it so you could hook all you lights to one relay and have one button turn everything on
@@swatarawarninglights sounds like we need a video. 😉..thank you for the detailed explanation. I’d love to own the typhoon, I like how the handheld option is basically all in one. I’m a sworn police officer but also do ODE (off duty employment) for the department so I’m working to outfit my personal vehicle for traffic detail.
Why do you have to power lightbar with Feniex Typhoon? Feniex Light sticks have separated power wires that go directly to the car battery (with own fuses), and then lightsticks also have low current pattern wires, that can be attached to Feniex Typhoon outputs.

Do you have to have a relay to just run one set of lights at a time?

I have the full function typhoon and this was useful so I can add wigwags on my Vic again!
That is wonderful! Happy it could help you out!
Where can I find that relay?
Thank you for your video but how about a video that's shows using a relay for reverse polarity light bars on the typhoon.
If you have a quad grille light, can you just t-tap into the red wire to existing light wires from my feniex quad lights?
Do you have to have this for your lights to be ran off your control head? I’ve been having problems running my lights to my box then they don’t work
Awesome
Thank you!
Can you connect feniex lights to a whelen cemcom ?
Will a Typhoon work well on a motorcycle? I have a 2009 Honda ST1300PA for funeral procession escorts.
You’ll have to put it into a saddle bag, but i have the feniex on my bike
What kind of relay?
That was a coil relay , coil relays are a lot more heavy duty than your standard relays, coil relays also allow you more amperage
