You have to use transparency vellum paper. You have to find one that is good for inkjet printers. And make sure you are printing on the side of the paper that feels more sticky. It really important that you are printing on the correct side of the paper and have a printer for that specific paper
For the dark room use a yellow bulb. For the burning of the screen you can use a 150w 120v bulb but you can use more powerful for quicker times but you have to experiment with the distance from the screen
Why are you drying the emulsion before curing the transparency on? Is there a risk of the emulsion curing in its frying phase? How can I tell when my screen is dried enough to burn the transparency?
So I started this myself and I’ve been stuck on the burning phase for over a week constantly going through my screens and having to redo it every single time because the design literally refuses to be burned on. Doesn’t matter what setting I have or how long I’m burning the image for I’ve tried 7 different times and literally can NOT get the design to burn onto the screen. The instructions in this video and all the others are very clear but I have no idea why my prints are failing
just do a search for transparency film for inkjet printers. There are 2 sides to the film. one is the rougher side and one is the glossy side. make sure you are printing on the right side (rougher sticky side)

You need to let the screen with emotion incomplete dark and when it's dry then you do the burning
What if you mess up the first time? Do you have to have multiple screens or can you reuse the one that you tried to previously burn?
