- Philippines has the reputation for not having much halal food but I found a halal stand at the bus station from Manila to El Nido!
Excited to visit El Nido for the next few days and explore more of the Philippines.

With your happy energy you will gravitate a lot of fun things in the PH. Only problem is not enough food options for Muslims. There are a lot more now than when I was there. That Ampalaya Egg dish is good for you. Ampalaya is a Super Food, it’s bittermelon in English. It’s bitter but has good health benefits.
There’s so much to do in PH. It’s a Digital Nomad’s playground with all the beautiful nature it has to offer. Gotta check out the waterfalls!
