No one can fill Barbara Eden's shoes. She is one in a million.
What an inner beauty. This woman has been a flower in the desert of humanity. A gift for us all.
She is such a good soul. She is so talented, beautiful, and total class. I think alot of stars today could learn from her example. She is so professional and polite in this interview. Wonderful. Thanks for posting this. :)
Great anti-drug message from the wonderful Ms. Eden, the part where she said that parents should start watching their kids at a young age for drugs should be broadcasted on television daily.

I agree with her advice to snoop in your kids business.
Until they are 18 and working to support themselves they are children.
Look at what "respecting his privacy" earned Barbara.
Tell your kids you love them enough NOT to let them mess up.
I really enjoyed Barbara Eden and Larry Hagman in I dream of Jeanie it is my favorite show I am sorry for her loss of her son God is with him and his family

This STILL hot woman is 74??? (This is the sound of my jaw dropping in amazement) I am in awe of this wonderful, sweet, charming beautiful woman. Such an endearing lady; a true light in everyone's life. RIP, Sweet, sweet Matthew. You will be missed. I still am in love with this regal, refined woman. (sigh)

Matthew was, after all, her only child ever born... it's that reason she is upset, from the time he passed away at age 35 in 2001.

Some start with marijuana and stay with that. Others start with marijuana but eventually want to experience something much stronger. This woman lost two kids. She miscarried in 1973 and lost her only child in 2000.

I thought the reunion movie 20 years ago w/ another actor playing the guy (the actor from M *A *S*H) was pretty good. She wasn't proud of it, but had HUGE ratings.
i never cared for "i dream of jeannie" because i always thought jeannie was an airhead, and i never gave much thought to barbara eden. but after seeing her in interviews such as this one, i realize that barbara is a very lovely and classy woman.
I love her still. She reminds me of a woman that plays a character on As the World Turns o CBS her name is Vienna. Does anyhone see it? Their characters even have similar qualities, body language, etc.

i love her but i don't really agree with her idea that u should snoop, my parents snoop constantly even when there was no reason, my mom read my diary and then would get mad that i bad mouthed her in it! and later when i actaully was smoking pot, i just knew better as to where n how to hide it thanx to her snooping. they will lose all trust and if they wanna hide it, they will find somewhere other then their room!
