Spent many years changing these type of tires, they are doing it the hard way, they can change the tire without taking the wheel off, it’s much easier and a lot quicker.

Using an air over hydraulic bead breaker you do NOT have to remove the wheel. much quicker and safer.

Talent has nothing to do with a shade tree mechanic. The lugs were tightened out of sequence, has NO foot protection, the impact weighs more than most people... Here in America, the rim is left on the machine. That provides much more leverage with minimum loss of power of the tools.

I visited a quarry at southern california and saw the sort of same front loader,, same 6 feet tire,, the owner told me only the tire-----$1500 for one new tire,, and $500 dollars labor to mount it on,,
In my country the wage is only 30 dollars
$30 dollars for mobile service, compared to $500 in U.S., wow.
