How to Make Gyakhog - Tibetan Hotpot

- Gyakhog is a traditional Tibetan specialty. If you haven't tried this, give it a try! You can make this type of hotpot in a normal cooking pot as well with the same steps. Perfect for upcoming losar!
Ingredients:
Crispy meat:
280g pork belly
1/2 tsp sichuan pepper
1 tsp salt
pepper
5 slices ginger
1 green onion
2 tablespoons cooking wine or any spirit
Marinade:
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon corn starch
Meat balls:
300g ground beef
1/2 salt
pepper
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon corn starch
Broth:
beef
sichuan pepper corns
2 teaspoons salt
Base for Gyakhog:
beef broth
water
shitake mushrooms
dried shrimp
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
