Shogo Momo - Tibetan Potato "Dumpling" Recipe

Shogo momo is also a kind of momo, but made out of potato! Just like the regular momo, the filling is ground beef, but with a slight twist. it is often served as an appetizer, but feel free to eat it as a main dish as well.
Ingredients:
500g potatoes
100g ground beef
onion
corn starch
salt
white pepper
soy sauce
eggs
breadcrumbs

From the video caption i was expecting momo with potato stuffing but it turned out to be a completely new dish to me which i never tasted before in tibetan cuisine. Definitely trying this on my next week off. Thank you Palden la. Keep sharing more.
