So glad you are back. 🐌
Please keep making videos. I just got into Mystery Snails and although two of the four have passed, I've learned a lot from you and so far the other two...a Blue and a Gold one are doing well on Super Snello, and have given me a clutch. Please keep up your videos! I love this hobby.
Look at all those gorgeous purple snails! That's amazing! The little two toned snail is too. What a precious little gift! You are a very lucky snail mom!
So wonderful to see a video from you again! And your snails are beautiful! Congratulations on your new Harvey Dent!
I noticed you have guppies with your snails, I reading conflicting information about guppies picking at mystery snails-maybe those people aren’t feeding their guppies enough! Looking forward to more videos from you and your gelatin free snello! 🐌❤️
What a treat to see a new post from you😍 💜🐌 The baby's are gorgeous!
Thank you!🐌💜
Good to see you back!! Your tanks are so crystal clear! How do you avoid the algae buildup?? Our snails are even getting algae on their shells. 😢
Please keep making these videos. We really need them, and we really appreciate them. Thank you for taking the time to create them. You are a rock star among snail loving people!
welcome back snails look great 🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌
Thank you!
Im glad to see this. I have an old ivory mystery who we all love dearly, but is pushing 3 years now, so we decided to try hatching a clutch of her eggs (with a blue daddy)... And i was going to use a recently empty 10g. Only to discover, the day they hatched and i added BacterAE powdered food for them... That theres hydra. And a LOT of it, once i added the powdered food. Panic! Therecs nowhere else practical to out those babies right now (their tank won't be ready for a couple weeks) so i was really concerned that the hydra would harm them, and obviously you cant medicate for hydra with dozens of teenie brand new baby mysteries.
I grabbed a couple guppies, hoping theyd pick at the hudra (and to an extent they do, but not as much as I'd like)... So its good to know the snailbabies will be fine.
They're SO CUTE. I love baby mystery snails.
Thanks for being here!
Please leave any snaily questions you may like to see covered in future videos here in the comments! I would love to answer as many as I can! Hug your snails!🐌💜
I definitely have a couple of questions my blue snail clutch on the glass last night i was excited wasnt expected it and what kind of food can i feed them after they hatched new to this and nervous not knowing what to do need your help
I hope i hear back from you .
Greatly appreciated.❤🐌🐌
I'd like to know your take on how quickly a snail can grow honestly. I brought home a couple mystery snails the size of a nickel, and I SWEAR in 2 weeks doubled their sizes, 2 more weeks doubled THAT 😳 they're almost the size of the rim of a pop can now. I'm fully enchanted by them. I have my first clutch in a Tupperware floating 🥰 Would love to know how quickly they grow, and what factors affect this growth. Love your videos 🐌
wonderfull color ! great job
Thank you!🐌💜
So glad that you're back! Can't wait for you to share the gelatin-free snello!
Thanks so much! Hopefully, before the end of the week for the snello video 🐌💜
Lav! I am so happy for you hatching a chimera!!!! The brood looks fabulous!
Sending so much love to you and yours - Ash❤
Miss your face! Hope all is well! All my love to you!💜

Always the world of warcraft music and applesnails 😍 best combo ever !
In my next house I start again with the aquarium hobby and ofcourse these snails are part of it.
They look amazing ! Did the spixii also sometimes bites your mystery snails sometimes ? I had this in the past. Didn't look too bad but à bit strange.
Beautiful snails I really like snails there awesome. Thanks for sharing ✌️👍💗💯🔥
I enjoy this so much! Amazing content, best wishes to you and your future projects! 🌻
I love your productions ❤
I 100% agree from my experience with many mystery snails that they do NOT eat any plants that are not already dead or dying if they are well fed ❤
Very helpful and interesting. Thanks!
Awesome videos! ❤
These are so cute!!
Welcome back
I know you were joking about the gelatin free snello causing silence throughout the room but I audibly oooooooo’d when I heard that I. Exited for your next video
Thank you for your knowledge of these snails! First time owner of 3 Mystery Snails here. Nicely done creative videos.
Blessings
🥰 🐚 🥰
Anxiously awaiting delivery of 3 beautiful Mystery snails (2 magenta and a purple) and I’m so hoping you’ll be posting more videos?
Hi, Lav! Happy to see you updated again and SOOO MANY CUTE BABY SNAILS! Congratulations! Could you please help me with some advice from your experience? I hatched a clutch from a black snail and either another black or chestnut snail. Both of these parents were hatched by two other females I previously owned (who bred at the fish store with their mystery beaus), so I'm currently on my third generation of snail (or Gen2 from Gen0). From the clutch, I hatched about 160 snail babies and, for over a month, had only about a dozen deaths... But sadly, this didn't last. My 20 gallon long aquarium was not placed in an ideal location and I couldn't move it, so a mixture of algae bloom and poor maintenance killed the majority of the snails, leaving me with about 45 snails to divide out among my several other, smaller aquariums. I had a similar experience as yours, however! From the clutch, I obtained various brown/black types, chestnuts, and then some stunning magentas and purples! I'd always wanted those two, so it was a dream come true for me!
But with that sorrowful experience of mine in mind, I still want to breed these snails more (specifically the magentas/purples, of course!) and was hoping you could give some advice on how you manage to keep so many snails alive in your tank! I don't know your tank size so please let me know, but I assume it's drastically overstocked with so many snails! What is your secret to having such fantastic maintenance and success without a tank crashing from ammonia/nitrite spikes? (My ammonia was off the charts from my water test kit, even after significant water changes!) Also, how do you grow them? I've had mine for quite a few months now and only a few in another tank have grown to adult size while most others remain half that size, and I worry about overfeeding my aquariums. Should I perform more frequent water changes to grow them, or is it all about the feedings? I have made a second batch of healthy snello recently.... Each of my tanks is housed with a kind betta as well!
Thank you for any advice you or other commenters may give. I have two 20g aquariums and cannot upsize, and three other 10g aquariums with four 5-5.5g nano tanks. I look forward to hatching more lovely gems and seeing your updates. :)
Great to see you again! One of your videos saved my apple! He's doing great now:) thank you 🐌🐌
That is wonderful to hear! I am glad it helped!🐌💜 all my best to you and your snails
my magenta and purple just laid a clutch. im so excited!!
This was a great video. I also have hydra in my mystery snail breeding tank. I worried until i saw my snails just plow right through them. This morning, however, i found planaria in the breeding tank and was hoping you'd have some advice on how to rid the tank of planaria without harming the snails.
Do you have a video about planaria removal and mystery snails?! Apparently there’s reports saying planaria can infect mystery snails and eventually eat them alive. How do we remove planarias with mysterys
such beautiful snails! I'm soooooo glad your posting again. When my mystery snail obsession started 7 months ago you were instantly my favorite channel. I got my first egg clutch this week... quickly followed by my second...! and I am hoping for the best! I'm interested in selling/shipping if this continues but these first few babies are all mine 🥰 Do you have any advice/tips on running a snail business? Do you find it rewarding or is it more of a hassle?
Great video! I also order from aquatic arts and love the snails they’ve sent me. Would you ever do a video on white wizard snails? There’s not a lot of info on them especially on yt.
YAYYY, I'm so glad you're back!!!
What do you do with all your mystrey snails, they have so many babies. Tank only holds so much 😃
the world of warcraft music is perfect for snails haha
I love your videos. Please, I would like to know if Spixy snails could live peacefully with mystery snails and nerite in a 20 gallon tank. I have read that some Spixy snails have eaten some smaller snails like bladders or ramshorn. Thanks for the help.
Too many snails for me to keep track of. Do the mystery snails eat hydra or just the other type of snails?
Can the Mystery snales be tank mates for shrimps???? Or would they eat the shrimp
I recently learned of a product called "No Planaria" which is supposed to also work on hydra, but I have a big planaria problem. I go to read the reviews and people say it killed their snails. Frustratingly, though, they don't say what kind of snails they had. Since it is supposed to be safe for shrimp, I'd expect it to mostly be safe for snails too, but apparently at least some snail species can't survive it. Do you have any experience with this product and which snails it might be that it kills off? I need to address the planaria, and there's entirely too many for traps to make any dent in the problem, I need something more!
Ive been trying to make your snello but not sure which gelatine i can use here in the uk im struggling to find knox
🐌
How do you keep a betta with mystery snails without overfeeding the betta?
💜
Are you selling any of your purple snails Lav???
YAY, it seems like forever since you released a video
My apologies, I am making a rather slow return 🐌💜. Getting there though!
@LavsSnails Tom from New Jersey..New snail Dad..my 1 snail has a stress crack hope I can repair it.. I'll make a small short later today. Any of your information would help.. I'm going to subscribe and like the heck out of your videos 😊
Cool chimera. Good to see a new video from you. Are any hydra left or did they get annihilated?
Thank you! 98.9% annihilation😎🐌. I do sometimes see a few here or there, but NOTHING compared to what you see in the video. Woot! 🐌💜
@lavsSnails, do you have an email address so I can ask you a quick question about my daughters new snails, please?
