Hi to the both of you. Great video as always. I found the text below on Fragrantica: Did you know that the house of Honore Payan was behind Les Nereides creations? They were producing all of Les Nereides fragrances until 2013 when they got into legal action against each other. It was all about Patchouli Antique which was commercialized by Honore Payan since 1977 under that name, but Les Nereides found it unfair when HP tried to trademark "Patchouli Antique" after their split. Now you know why the change of name... We are talking about a series of fragrances created over 100 years ago by Honore Payan! That's talking about perfume history!
Your square bottle is a reedition of the former P. Antique made by Payan and sold by les Néréides. Patchouli Précieux is the one launched after 2013 and the issue between Payan and les Néréides.
Honoré Payan also do a Patchouli Antique, and the bottles are the same as those of your guest. If what I'm told is correct, it is Honoré Payan who supply Les Nereides and make the perfume. I've no idea if that's true, but it's what I've been told. Also, here in the UK, I have the 100ml Les Nereides EDP and the bottle is the larger version of yours, Sebastian. I also have Reminiscence Patchouli as well as Reminiscence Patchouli Pour Homme. I don't mind admitting, I'm a little bit of a patchouli floozy, and I've also created my own patchouli-centric perfumes, too! Loved watching this video and I very much appreciate your reviews and discussions around perfume, so thank you for that..
Les Néréides Musc de Java is one of my favorite summer fragrances. I also have a decant from The Perfumed Court of Imperial Opoponax. I need to get a full bottle...or two.
You guys are soooo lucky to live in a country where you can get any perfume you want!!! Where I live, there's almost nothing available... it's really frustrating! Great video, though!! :))
@@dulcespinelli I have friends out of Europe and I know everything can be different. Not worst or better but different. Even between Belgium and France some products can be available or not, easy to find or not. Luckily sometimes the web helps us too.
You guys make a great team but I prefer the videos on your own Sebastian. For some reason videos with guests are a bit too long and I like your videos as you stay on point.
Supply coordinator: "We ordered the wrong bottles this time!" "That's OK, send them out. I'm sure no one will notice." Sebastian: "Hold my Flacon." By the way, I was thinking yesterday how much I've been appreciating Frederic Malle and Zoologist. And realized how much you're rubbing off on me

Dalya is my favorite "guest" of yours, though at this point she might as well be a co-host. My mother does the same thing for her vanilla.
Me too she’s just gorgeous inside and out!
Yes she’s so sweet!!!

And Honoré Payan is so affordable! Now I only buy Patchouli, and Opoponax, from them.

I have this with the cherubs on the label, and I have Apopanax too with cherubs on the label. Mine came from a seller on EBay in france.

I don’t think it’s that chocolatey
It's more bitter cocoa than gourmand sweet chocolate like Angel.
