    Thanks for taking the time watch. Literally blown away by how good this bike is! See separate poll on the channel and vote for your favourite colour. Silver Ice seems popular and yet appears to have been over looked by the press coverage.

      Yep all the journos got excited about the new bright colour - yellow, which i have seen in the metal and not my cup o tea. I like the Red and yet to see the Silver but like the pics with pops of Orange ! Hoping to get this bike this year probably in Silver with heated grips and Cruise control.

      @@beetleything1864 yeah, I'm a sucker for yellow on a bike so went with that myself having had a Daytona 600 and the 94R Speed Triple a few years ago, but have to say, I wouldn't be unhappy with any of the the other colours! Shame that yellow is now becoming as common at muck though! 😂😅😎. Enjoy when it arrives! 800 miles on mine now and love it. Off to the track with it soon so plenty to come on that.

    Just come across your channel as im loooking for more RS videos, i tested one a few months ago and ordered one immediately ln return, I decided as i couldnt get yellow till winter to wait till new reg in march. Nice to also see another properly sized guy get in well with it. Dont do track but wanted the RS.

      Turned more in to a 765RS owners channel recently, but plenty more to come with quite a few bikes on the horizon that I want to test ride, so watch this space!
      Thanks for tuning in, watching and commenting! Enjoy the new steed when she arrives! 😁😎👍💛

    You have convinced me that this is the bike I need. I’m currently on a Ducati Diavel gen 1 . I had a Busa , GS 1200 , Suzuki GSX-1000 , XSR 900.
    I want something light enough for every city riding & yet capable for a 500 km tour every 2 months. When I’m 60 then I’ll get a bike that I can stow a fridge in ( GS / AT DCT )

    • @twistandgo3414

      It's certainly bang on the money for that! If you're not bothered by the extra fancy trinkets in the brakes and dash, the R model that I also did a review on is also a great road bike. I'd say the extra 10bhp and fancy gadgets are worth it but, if there's a better deal to be had on the R, that's also worth it.
      For pure road use only, the R model is the one to have.
      But we all like shiny bits and gadgets though!
      Thanks for watching and commenting and happy buying!

    I have a Honda Trail 125, and I really want this bike haha. Hearing you say " it's so easy to ride, anybody of any skill level can jump on this thing and ride it " is music to my ears.
    Great review Sir!

      @twistandgo3414  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Why thank you sir! Yeah, it really is easy to ride and will flatter any skill level. The 765R review and comparison is also now up on thy channel. Has a bit less bling but the same smiles for slightly less money and it's slightly more relaxed as a road bike. The RS does feel a little more premium, a bit taughter, slightly more serious and firmer, but for road use only, the R model would be the one to go for.

      Thanks for watching and for the comments. Much appreciated. Bought loads of bikes from them over the years! Going to try the " R" model too once I'm back from being away with work. @Twistandgo yeah I have bought majority of my bikes from Shirlaws and mainly triumph, just traded my r1250 GS Rally and my Daytona moto 2 for a KTM super adventure for a change 🤣 first service was ment to be Tuesday past but bloody snow made a big appearance.
      Seen the R model the other day which looks great too.
      The missus had a 2015 street triple r and it was awesome. Tried the older RS's too but went speed myself as the torque was addictive. The new one is an animal 😍
      Look forward to your next review 👍

    Hi.
    I’m a subscriber and love your videos.
    I’m after your opinion please if you could spare a minute?
    I’m in the market for a new bike having previously enjoyed a 2016 Street 675 for a couple of years. It was great fun and sweet handling. I’m looking for a change and my options are the 2023 765 RS or the 2023 GSX S1000.
    I just wondered which you prefer for the road as I enjoy fast A road riding with my mates. Did you find the GSX S1000 as much fun and manageable on the road as the Street?
    Many thanks.

    • @twistandgo3414
      @twistandgo3414  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello! Welcome and thanks for watching and subscribing!! It's greatly appreciated!
      Well... There's a question! as it's one quandary I had myself before buying the 765RS! I LOVE my suzukis and loved the Gsxs1000 when I test rode it, also loved the 765RS (obviously).
      For me, I chose the 765 this time round over the Gsxs1000 mainly with track use and overall performance and componentry in mind. I really preferred the dash on the 765 to the Gsxs1000 and the way it's so light and nimble and easy to man handle and throw about. The Dealership is on my doorstep and just the playful nature and feeling of the 765RS really, plus - the yellow.
      It was honestly a tough call as the Gsxs1000 I really did enjoy riding and for road use, it was brilliant. Overall it's slightly heavier than the 765 but nearly has 30bhp more at the wheel too with a full exhaust and a tune. Having just jumped off the Gsxr1000R which I also loved, it wasn't so much about power, but just the way riding the 765RS made me feel! It just makes you feel that bit more alive, the experience a bit more visceral, (racey maybe?) exciting and involving and has that motoGp lineage. Plus that dash! 🙄. If suzuki updated the Gsxs1000 with the same dash from the new GT or GX models, it would have been a harder choice again.
      I can honestly only say, go try both and see which one works better for you and how you gel with it personally. It's a tough choice. Money also comes in to it of course, as there are some very, very good deals on a Gsxs 1000 kicking about. Powerslide motorcycles in the UK were doing them for a shade over £100/month.. That's ALOT of bike for the money!
      So yeah, not an easy choice, but one only you can really make personally based on riding it, it's looks, how it makes you feel, the price, dealership, physical feel, size, shape, experience etc.
      Practicality wise, they're brothers from another mother, zero storage space in either of them and both of the same type of bike.
      You really, really can't go wrong with either bike.. Just depends how like your cake and eat it.. I could go on for ages comparing them as they're so close, but also quite different.
      Great question and hope you find it easier to decide, as I initially, really struggled between them until I broke it down as mentioned above and essentially, decided they the 765RS was like my Gsxs 750 was, but on steroids and acid! 😂.
      Hope that helps as it's a tough choice.

    @Tim955w ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Great review, cheers.
    Did you find it flighty / twitchy when on the bumpy smaller roads? reason for asking is i felt the last model to be a bit borderline in its stability and this alone was holding me back. Mind you i am light so suspension set up would have been a factor.

    • @twistandgo3414
      @twistandgo3414  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the positive feedback.
      Actually no, not at all. It was a lot more planted than I expected it to be. Especially being the RS model. I expected it to be harsher and more flighty, which I thought the 1200 RS was when I test rode that.
      Only point to note really was when the road was really rippled, only then, it felt a little bumpy, but it's really not an issue the rest of the time. You could certainly tune it out with the adjustment available.
      I'm looking to get a test ride on the 'R' model soon too, to see how that compares.
      The Dealership actually just took delivery of their 'R' model today. Shame I'm away with work for a couple of weeks this week, but I will be looking to get a review done on it when I'm back.
      Thanks for watching! 😁😎👍
