This is probably the lamest Joker I’ve ever seen. Jared Leto Joker at least nailed the idea of being an unstable and unpredictable force of mortal chaos. This guy doesn’t give off any energy similar to that. He just feels like a wacky closeted loser nobody wants around. The Joker when written right feels like a madman you can’t trust with dry cleaning receipts without him somehow causing incomprehensible damage. This Joker feels like he can be put in line with a stern talking to and finger wave.
Apparently, from the devs themselves, this is supposed to be the Joker BEFORE he got his schtick nailed down and is a less confidant kind of unsure version. Which makes 0 sense but that's what they were going for, so I guess they nailed the 'meek loser' Joker they were going for... including the bum leg.

He's somehow able to escape Brainiac and trick him with a fake joker and break out of Brainiac's ship easily....but the Justice League can't? He's also somehow able to resist the purple blob thing that Green Lantern showed to the squad that turned a civilian into a minion easily within seconds but Joker somehow...stalls it?
I would love it if that joker is a clone of brainiac and is there to spy on the squad and they find out but he them becomes all sinister in the end and gets out of there and the whole time he was acting and we get the joker we like

I love that, for the sake of randomized loot, they made them actually shoot with guns and didn't realize that now they cannot make characters work wildly differently because otherwise the guns get overshadowed and become useless. So, any new characters can only ever be a new way to traverse and, maybe, a unique super ability and that's it. They are barely more than skins.

you know this is one of the prime examples on why indie games are more successful and preferred over AAA games lately. Now I’m not saying all AAA games are bad but suicide squad is one of them because what kind of game resets because it just well your progress so you can just get one character with the base game also I heard the only thing that changed is that the brainiac boss fight which he turned into Green Lantern instead of the flash that is laziness on a whole new level

About time you posted this video! I’ve been waiting 😂. I’ve seen so many negative videos and to be honest it’s glorious. It’s justice for the Arkham Batman.
The worst thing with the progression is that ALL FOUR of the Suicide Squad members have to reach level 35 to do the mission that unlocks Joker, so if you team up with other people they all have to be at least fear level 35. What they've done is truly insane. Also the repetitive (GRINDY) nature of the missions (which aren't even campaign missions just recycled side missions). When developing a live service you have to think about what players would ENJOY playing to keep them engaged which they clearly didn't. The focus seems to be on a large quantity of missions instead of creating a fun experience.
With the money you spent on joker you could instead buy helldivers and still have enough money for super credits enough for both warbonds and a future one and still have some money left over for ultrakill.
Even the Avengers game just gave you the characters you were promised as soon as they released. It's very disappointing to see this from a once renounced gaming company.

Bro, for some reason, my Homie got the joker for free off the bat we think that the game just completely glitched out and gave it to him. I was so pissed, but I was lucky to have him because he helped me grind out through the entire joker story.
At least with Marvel Avengers, They had the discipline to create an actual boss fight. (I think. I never played the Avengers game). SSKTJL just keeps recycling old bosses.

The worst thing with the progression is that ALL FOUR of the Suicide Squad members have to reach level 35 to do the mission that unlocks Joker, so if you
team up with other people they all have to be at least fear level 35. What they've done is truly insane. Also the repetitive (GRINDY) nature of the missions
(which aren't even campaign missions just recycled side missions). When developing a live service you have to think about what players would ENJOY
playing to keep them engaged which they clearly didn't. The focus seems to be on a large quantity of missions instead of creating a fun experience.
Rocksteady is a shell of its former self. All the vets left or were let go.

How anybody could be playing this game for any reason other than to shit on it, is beyond me.
With the money you spent on joker you could instead buy helldivers and still have enough money for super credits enough for both warbonds and a future one and still have some money left over for ultrakill.

Demi, I do not understand. I load up into the game yesterday, eagerly awaiting Rocksteady to come back from the horrendous story mode for SS, and get this crap. As soon as I saw the million of activities on the map, I back out and was like, did grind the story mode for nothing😂😢!!! The pain, Rocksteady! Why??!!!?
I've been thinking about buying this game because it's on sale but this just confirmed it for me to save my money

And another thing: Why does all the icons for season 1 have Batman villains, and ONLY Batman villains?
There’s no content for this season that isn’t Batman adjacent, except for the green lanter fight, and king shark’s new skins.
This is why I can’t rock with the suicide squad half the time, because the writers always try to fill that shit with 88% low tier Batman villains, instead of branching out into the wider DC lore and bringing in villains that would make way more sense and be 10x more affective in the battlefield.
Wtf is Harley supposed to do on the battlefield that Lady Shvia, Katana, Deathstroke, Cheetah, Giganta, Grodd, Heat wave, or Lobo couldn’t?

Bro, for some reason, my Homie got the joker for free off the bat we think that the game just completely glitched out and gave it to him. I was so pissed, but I was lucky to have him because he helped me grind out through the entire joker story.
At least with Marvel Avengers, They had the discipline to create an actual boss fight. (I think. I never played the Avengers game). SSKTJL just keeps recycling old bosses.

If, and when Rocksteady does burn, the only thing that I’ll be thankful for, is that it wasn’t the original writers, producers, or directors that made the holy Arkham Batman trilogy.
I haven’t played since 3 days after the game came out (it was rough I had to take so many breaks also nearly fell asleep during the boss fight) played for a solid 9 minutes before I turned it off
I refused to pay for the joker and my disappointed in rocksteady is immeasurable

I'm glad I didn't buy this game. These days I'm very cautious about games I'll buy because I no longer want to be disappointed. Atleast I have some of my old games I can play and remember a better time
