Raspberries would be my one favorite food to pick for life! Blueberries are a close second.
I wish I knew how to cook with turmeric. Are there than sprinkling over vegetables I’m at a complete loss.

Turmeric can be consumed in many forms like golden milk, soups, curry-type dishes, and traditional recipes like the Persian mirza ghasemi. You could also try to mix it with extra virgin olive oil and black peppers and add it to roasted vegetables or even roasted chickpeas.

This is obviously plant-based and vegan, although not stated. Adding fatty fish and eggs would make the list perfect, and yes, being aware I’m not adding red meat and poultry. Let’s not forget kefir as extremely rich with probiotics, but I think the doctor is intentionally avoiding animal products altogether, based on religious faith (respect). Kefir and grass-fed butter and ghee are extremely healthy.

Or could be because eating dead food (meat, seafood, dairy) isn’t good for you.
