For you... Is there a delay in the horn... From when you press it to when it actually honks??? I have like a half a second delay... Have never experienced it in any other vehicle before... Is there a way to change it???
You mentioned the mics pick you up fine... For me, using Android Auto... The mics are not good at all and make a ton of mistakes...

Adding a wireless Android Auto and Carplay adapter with a power through works a treat.
It's a CarlinKit 2air (one of many brands) and works perfectly to connect wirelessly with a Droid or IOS device.
I've heard you can plug in a usb splitter to expand the data port inputs to use your phone and a USB drive, but you need to make sure the phone connection happens first, then add the thumb drive for movies or music..
Im Chinese,,,I have my 2021 h6 in China, there r many old and new haval's cars on the road so I think its a reliable brand,,and for the h6, the advertisement says the car takes over 65% high solid steels usage,,the A pillar uses 1432MPa steel, which is also one of the reasons for me to buy..For the Chinese version, the infotainment system has 2 navigation apps on it. I am not always using carplay because i don't want my phone to be overcharged

I'm pretty sure, even in the LHD models, the usb port is on the passenger side for safety reasons. I also think you can take out the rubber base where the wireless charger is and push the usb cord up through it instead of around the side of the console. I think.

it wouldn't be for safety i'd imagine it's because it's a chinese car & they drive on the other side of the car
Have you noticed any compression of the sound from the stereo? I picked my new H6GT up last week and the sound is terrible. Quiet sounds like song intros are amplified too loud and when all the other instruments kick in everything is squashed. It sounds like a compressor or a limiter, or some kind of automatic gain control in the head unit. The dealer is saying they can't do anything. It's a brand new car. Never heard a stereo that does this in 30 years of driving.

try different lighting cable and different port?
I would say if the icon isn’t there it will need to be updated by the dealer

I’ve only seen Apple Maps show navigation in the HUD, but not Google Maps.

What did you plug in to your phone to make Apple CarPlay work?
It would be your phone charging cable connected to the usb port just as if you were charging your phone normally. It would also be using it as data transfer as well as charging, I believe. I’m actually waiting to take a H6 for a test drive and I also want to test the new H6s/H6GT version, only because it has a more powerful motor and sleek design.
We are thinking about buying a H6 Ultra. Do you know if the ride/handling is much different between the 4wd vs 2wd? Also any other issues?
Yes. Ride and performance is much better in awd. I have driven both and buying the AWD was no question.

I was wondering about something maybe you could know:
I have set my favorite radio stations, however I can only switch between them from the media screen. When I select next from the steering wheel buttons, it only switches to the next available station, not the next favourite one. Do you know how to do it?

No over the air in Australia. Haval disable it on entry to Australia even though the cars have built in 4g and 5g capability

Hi guys. Has anyone else also had people tell them that they can’t hear you when you’re talking on a call over BT? People always ask me to speak up, although the speakers are on max and I can hear them clearly. Is it a Haval Carphone Speaker issue generally or is it just my car?

@Tashriq Omar: I took my car to the dealer, and a software update solved the problem. the software was sent specially to solve this problem
So navigation in the hud only works with apple maps app in apple carplay? what if i want to use waze or google maps?
I test drove one and used google maps and the navigation was also on the hud.

I can’t work out how some H6 GT’s have problems with the Bluetooth and others don’t
I noticed you don't have Android auto on your dash it should have the icon. You might need the dash update.
How i can do that??

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with their Bluetooth system.
My problem is while connected through the Cable or Blue tooth; When sending Voice notes it seems very soft and as if I losing signal. It comes and goes. Same happens to phone calls.
My receivers says I sound soft and Far away. This only happens while driving.
While stationery its normal. As well as receiving Voice notes is loud and clear.
I had a system upgrade and its still the same.
We changed setting which made it a little louder but the problem persists.
The sound system in the haval h6 and other haval cars are the worst sound system i have experienced in any car maker. One of the only reason that hinders me buying this car
