    I am so glad you made this video! Beam Minerals came into my world a few months ago & has changed my overall health so much already. I use them both everyday & the electrolytes spray is also amazing. Before this I used Quinton & wondered why I haven't heard more people speak about Beam. I am glad you give Beam your vote!!! They have mine. ❤

      So, so glad to hear this. Your experience sounds like a growing number of people I work with AND my own experience with BEAM. Just incredible impact almost immediately. Happy to hear they've helped you, too!

    Hi Carrie, do you receive sponsorship or financial rewards drom BEAM? Also, do they have heavy metal COA available for the public?

    • @carriebwellness

      All of my affiliate relationships are clearly listed in my Recommended Product Guide. Some of them receive kickbacks, others do not. BEAM is one of them, yes, but I never recommend anything I haven’t used and love. And, that I find truly effective in clinical practice. I’m VERY stringent about what I allow in my guide. Decide to purchase if you choose! You can email them for their heavy metal guide. I’ve already discussed the listing of fluoride in their report, which I believe is the naturally occurring version of fluoride and NOT the kind that’s added to our water supply.

    Can you share what water bottles you use for the kids?! We aren't allowed to send glass water bottles, for good reason of course. I've reached out to other mineral drop companies and they recommend against adding their products to stainless steel bottles. I definitely don't want to send my kids with plastic bottles! What's a good school-safe water bottle that won't disrupt the minerals I want to put into my kids' water?

      Great info thanks Carrie! I'm also curious about non glass water bottle options for kids. Can you use beam in a standard hydro flask?

    I’m excited to try this! My kids typically hate the taste of added minerals. I keep a 1.5 gallon glass dispenser of RO water for the family to use. How much of each should I add to that do you think?

      I usually recommend just taking them once a day. I take mine on an empty stomach with water upon waking. But read the dosing recommendations directly on the BEAM Minerals page so you can find what's recommended for children!

    Can we use this at the same time as Quinton Isotonic or will we be overdoing the minerals? I understand BEAM gets inside of the cells and Quinton helps hydration in the blood, interstitial fluid, and cerebral spinal fluid.
    I have fibromyalgia and have tried many many modalities with not a lot of improvement.

    Thanks for this Carrie. I currently take zeolite for ongoing detox. Would the BEAM have enough of a detox effect that I could stop the zeolite? I’m not a fan of taking loads of supplements. Thank you 🙏

    I have just bought these products to try after taking Keto Chow products that Dr Berry recommended for the last 2 years since starting the ketovore diet. I am now trying the Carnivore diet to see if it helps seizures caused through a TBI. I have just read that these products contain Beryllium which is toxic & cancer causing.

      Since beryllium occurs naturally in all soils and sediments, it is commonly found in numerous plants and foodstuffs. The ATSDR reported a median concentration of beryllium in 38 foods at 22.5 μg/kg (PPB) fresh weight (excluding kidney beans) with a range of concentrations from

    Would Beam be a replacement for a multivitamin?

    • @carriebwellness
      @carriebwellness  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I don't generally recommend multivitamins-no regulation on them and sourcing of what's in them is hard to trace. Would prefer a much more holistic approach, from high nutrient density in your diet, to things like BEAM Minerals + Quinton, to occasional organ meats, etc.

  • @jeannewilson1675
    @jeannewilson1675 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    So are you saying that to be mineralized you would need both of the Beam and the Quinton?

    • @annav7538
      @annav7538 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I was wondering the same. I’ve used Beam for about 4 months because Beam felt theirs was better than the others because it comes from the earth. I haven’t noticed a big difference but that’s just me. I rarely notice much with supplements. Carrie maybe you all can talk about it on Quantum Conversations. Thanks!

    Are these safe to take with high blood pressure? My boyfriend has high blood pressure, but he’s very fit and eats well, and I saw that Quinton hypertonic has a warning on their bottle to not take it with high blood pressure. Thanks!!

    Are you saying you can drink it plain? I actually have some that I used for a short while but never kept it up. (Hoping it doesn't expire.) I didn't know you could just drink it out of the 1 ounce cup. Might be more willing to keep it up if I don't have to mix in a bottle of water.

      Follow their instructions for figuring out your correct dosage. Some people start with more and then do 1/2oz for maintenance daily. But read more details on their site!

    This sounds a lot like Shilajit… are there any differences besides Beam being in water? Thank you!

    • @christathielen6699
      @christathielen6699 5 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      I found this response on the Beam website:
      Shilajit is also a humic substance, but there some key differences:
      1) The humic substances in our products are sourced in the USA, from the richest source (found to date) on earth. Shilajit is sourced from the Himalayas.
      2) Shiljit tastes absolutely horrible, while our liquid minerals taste like water.
      3) Shilajit, in its natural form needs to be digested first, before its mineral content can be absorbed by the body. Our liquid mineral products are 100% ionized, no digestion required, making them 100% bioavailable (absorbable), the minute you drink them.
