      Maybe just give the final range in miles as well for those in the UK/USA, no point in converting everything, Most people in the UK are well familiar with km in any case. US citizens might be different though.

    I am glad VW offers a small battery version. Your real world range results are just about bearable for an occasional trip and ok for commuting by people who can charge at home or at work. From your videos I see that the ID.3 has a lot of good features; comfort, stability, hatchback, rear wheel drive, interior space and white steering wheel option like some German cars in the 1960s. 😎

    • @abraxastulammo9940
      @abraxastulammo9940 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Offer is not valid until well into 2022.
      Small battery cars like ID.3 Pure, Cupra Born 45 or e-Up have been pulled from the configurator.
      Maybe Enyaq 50 is still available, but it is offered without charge speed upgrade.

    Hi from the UK where we measure temperature in Celsius just like you 😁. I think there might be one or two Luddites who still insist on a temperature scale based on the melting point of Devon butter or something, also known as Fahrenheit 🤣 but us “normal” folk are with you on the SI units.

      @@BatteryLife I saw a video of an ID.4 being driven from the U.S. to Canada. In Canada the display was showing mph and kph simultaneously. Is it the same in the continental Europe and UK models? Is that a setting or dependent on location?

    Loving the ID3 content. This one's probably more for the Europeans. We do get up to and above those speeds here in the UK, but the roads are extremely busy and very often have traffic control measures on them which slow us down to average of 50mph or so. So I'm interested in the slower speed video, but it might be good to do a video on the 130kph highway and drive at 133kph for 40km then 80kph for 10km etc, to see how much range/efficiency is gained by our control measures!?

    considering the speed and the tempertature, above 200 wh/km consumption is not too high for a regular EV, but isn't this a relatively lighter small battery EV, which should be more efficient than the average? What is the top efficiency of ID3 45kWh in best conditions, like, 100km/h average speed in summer? How does it compare the old Hyundai Ioniq with small battery? I remember 136 wh/km consumption with that car?

Well I'm not amused anymore about EC. There is no doubt, why Tesla cars are best selling EC in Germany. The range is better, and charging time is superior.
