I'm here today. Again. I feel like Mel's teachings are The Brand - Back To The Basics or The Basics of Twin Flames. With all the misinformation about Twin Flames out there, I believe this teaching should be the University of TF.
I’ve watched this 4-5 years ago, when I just started my journey, I just found that I was a twin here to do mission.
I’m watching this again now in Union, with my DM doing our mission together.

There’s way to many twin flame bandwagons channels & social media, that’s passing out wrong info to make money or they don’t have clue what real twins are meant for. Due to that, I’ve seen so many people in toxic relationships thinking they’re twin flames.🤦🏻♀️

This was exactly what I was trying to convey in this video. Whenever people experience something that they have not experienced before. The initial reaction is usually fear, or another one is they don't feel worthy of the experience. It's interesting being part of the third wave. I'm 23 now and I've certainly noticed a deep awakening in myself...it's something that excites me so much because I'm so in tune with it as it's happening. You published this video on the exact date that I met physically with my twin. It was a beautiful breezy, Sunday, I had just turned 41 years old and we spent 5 hrs talking over lunch of the outdoor patio of normally busy restaurant. That afternoon we were the only ones there and it felt like the universe was waiting on us hand and foot. He wanted to spend another 10 hours talking to me but had to go to work. I had zero idea what a twin flame was but have been dealing with this heaven and hell on earth since this date - March 24, 2013.
The list of "signs" is insane in my story so I will skip them and spare everyone. We separated last October 2015. I was tired of his non-commitment - back and forth - "I think about you all the time - I can't stay away from you", etc. Why? Why does anyone who know they are home feel like running?
When we met he asked me over and over why I rejected him? I was like what are you talking about? He said we met before and I had rejected him and kept asking why and could not place where he knew me from. Eventually - a few months into our relationship he said I know where I know you from - he said "I know you from another life." He never mentioned any of those things again. Soon after he began really pushing and pulling. I still have whiplash after 3 years.
I have watched so much now on this twin flame phenomenon and I know, without any shadow of a doubt, he is my twin. I even had the greater sense of universal love and duty than the romantic aspect and this was nothing like my inclination personally nor in other past relationships. My concern is there is nothing more I can do now and it's nearing a year since we've been in contact and we live 4 minutes away.
I am at a loss. I work so much on my own self and my spiritual growth and clearing and healing, etc. I feel my only option is to accept I will never have love again. This is not said to be dramatic. I am 44 years old. I am clearly aware of having had relationships and how they were before. I have zero interest in having a soul mate or relationship just for companionship.
What does a twin do when they have been completely rejected by their other? I am not wanting to manipulate or control, but when you find the one - who makes you a better person, who inspires you to love and forgive yourself, to love and forgive him and all others, to see the truth and beauty in everything, whose purpose extends to be all inclusive versus the feeling of me or my selfishness - how can you ever care again about any of the things you thought mattered before? For me I know I just cannot.
I can relate to your story but my twin flame and I haven't dated. But this exists, pushing and pulling phenomenon. But he said he didn't want me to ignore him or leave me alone. Yet there he goes off running again. He has propelled me into self actualisation mode in bettering who I am, but more work needs to be done on myself. He'd sit and admire me from across the room. people would notice. that is how it all began and he stood for my honour if anyone tried to hassle me or pleaded with them to like me/ accept me, my hero Stuart. Now here we are, no longer in high school but giving me the same vibes as adults. he was strong when I was weak and looked out for me then. I wish he wouldn't run, but obviously he's been overwhelmed by his feelings and needs a breather it is frustrating. I've never met anyone who makes me anywhere near the feelings I experience for him. I am almost 40 and so is he. I've had these feelings for the last 25 years.
Diana, I'm just now discovering all of these things about Twin Flames after years of believing I was out of my mind or obsessed over this man I met on my birthday seven years ago. I had someone tell me a week ago that he is my twin flame. I must admit, the term makes me feel a little uncomfortable and even though I am open to embracing unconventional concepts, the term Twin Flames sounds a bit airy-fairy even to me. That being said, I feel like I finally have an answer to what this relationship is, although I am reluctant to put a label on it, I know without a doubt that he and I are twin flames. Too many "signs" for lack of a better term that clearly indicate we were meant to come together and find each other in this world.
I feel purpose with him and I know he feels the same, but he's a classic runner. Hindsight is 20/20 and shortly after we met, he used to say to me all the time that I scare him. I get it now. We were both married when we met, but I heard the call of my awakening through our union and embraced it by tearing down the old structures of my limiting beliefs and finding my true self through the vessel of his presence in my life. I got divorced, I changed my entire life and because of him, I am more myself today than I've even been in my life. He, however, is still married and has resigned himself to thinking that's just how marriage is supposed to be (settling), that they've built a life together, that there's risk in any relationship, and most important to him, he is in utter fear of destroying his children by ultimately respecting himself. My greatest fear is he will remain asleep even though I know he feels the undeniable connection between us as well. He's even told me that he's tired of a "shitty, passionless, marriage with no connection," but is paralyzed by his fear to act upon making the radical change he KNOWS he needs to make.
When I read your post, I couldn't help but resonate with what you said:

I am now 48 years old and after knowing and experiencing what true love really is, I have resigned myself to being alone for the rest of my life. Since the act of me trying to move on to another relationship while he remains asleep and remains in a marriage that barely has a pulse, to me, that would mean I would be settling for something less than what I know I truly deserve and desire, not to mention what is meant for me. That was a huge part of the awakening process for me: to understand that I should NEVER settle.
I know you posted your response 9 months ago, but I'm curious...how are you now? How do you continue to breathe in and out every day knowing he's out there? My love also lives very close in proximity to me and it kills me knowing that there's always a chance of running into him. I have been in such dark agony of grief for so long and I am struggling to move past it. I'm writing to you in hopes of getting advice from someone who clearly understands what it is I'm going through. This is such a rare phenomenon and the majority of people in the world don't know what this feels like or how to handle what I'm experiencing.

In been tried and tested... this is the one this time... she's confirmed my past lives... but, stuck in classic meaningless... luckily, only engagement. I'm making her think for once now... but, she brought me here... literaly. She found me for this.
She thinks this is her job to do this for others.... but, she's feeling it with me this time and can't explain it. I believe she needed to fix me first, so now I may help her. Her guides couldn't tell her straight out or an wouldn't have done this.
We've both seen the past and the future. I even received names and dates of my own death and seen her there... the same as I see the future and her dreams even confirm it... as do mine.
I'm told to forgive her for past life karma. Even my one numbers show no karmic value for me and her in need of help this life.

Hi Mel, I want to thank you for giving me more concise information. When I met my TF 4 yrs ago. I recognized him immediately but thought he reminded me of an actor lol a year went by and he was learning about me and I was oblivious to it. Until I looked into his eyes one day. I felt my whole body, vibration is the best way I can explain it.

in separation with mine and the physical aspect described hits so hard... It really is an out of body experience to where both people mesh together so you feel what they feel and vice versa. Never had her do anything to me because i didnt require it. Keep in mind im a 23 y/o trans man (female to male or rather non-binary) and my TF is a 43 year old cis heterosexual woman who actually was homophobic/transphobic before she met me and her views have DRASTICALLY changed towards all these things. Its all about progressing outside your beliefs and ridding yourself of notions forced on us by peers. You cant hope to find your TF if you have a 3D view of your partner.

That sexual thing will be awesome because it will bond the two together exploring each others bodies as if actually you are taking in all the info from each other, like actually two bodies melting into one, after that the peace you feel that you are together makes you relax and not worry of separation, it gives you a feeling of ok so if we separate I know we met, and you surrender, when you surrender the peace takes over so you both do not worry about anything like separation so you live relax just knowing they are around makes you fulfilled. Ive watched countless, countless,, videos on this subject recently and have never heard anyone talk about the second body thing, as far as sexual union, before physical union, so in depth. (#2 and 3). Thank you for assuring me I do not need to check myself in to a mental institution. I feel better now. 🤣
Hmmm interesting...but i have an objection here for all of you out there who watched this video and were disappointied that they didn t find their twin flame...I realized that the girl i love is not my twin flame, might not e even be a catalyst or soul mate or whatever, however this girl thought me many lesson spiritually and above all thought me unconditional love...now in order to get in touch with your twin flame in physical form you must achieve these two....1.Self love above all (not soo much to become ignorant and arrogant) ...2.unconditional love....I am just a 17 year old boy and I only enlightened myself for the past 8 months (from a 15 year old girl) but i realized that the girl i love is not my twin flame and i got very dissapointed and for a few days i almost gave up. If you think you love unconditionally..then by giving up on your lover just because is not "the one" then aren't you kind of imputing one condition? 42:00 the 5 body meld. I wish I knew that this is what was happening back in the day. Now, 29 years later I’ve gone through it a second time with my twin.
I am certain I have met my twin flame and we are in the chaser/runner mode. It makes it easier to deal with when I've watched your video's and blogs so thank you. I swear I've seen his golden aura, it's happened more than once. I've never felt more alive or complete in his presence. But maintaining that much feeling of loving completeness is hard and time and experience hasn't changed that. I am the chaser and have found it hard to be in control as my spirit will go where it wants too. We are moving in the same frequency and things have happened that I can't explain. being drawn to one another and then he running again. I haven't felt this way about anyone in 25 years that I have known him. I think right know much of his understanding is unconscious as to why he is drawn to me. but I'm beginning to understand what is happening in being drawn to him, sometimes it feels like physics. I was looking for understanding with not really knowing what it was I was trying to find out or look for and this, it popped up in my browser like a sign last year

Hi Mel and thankyou... I've experienced something several times that's never mentioned,, twin ghosted me almost 2 yrs ago, completely unexpectedly, we were casually hooking up and got along fabulously, and our times together were unimaginably great, then he disappeared out of my life☹ no explanation just gone 😭 anyways back to it,,, somtimes my body mocks things hes doing, like eating or whatever, like something else is controlling my movements like flinching, and my hand will go to my mouth and my mouth will make a bite motion and mouth will be chewing as if I'm eating a sandwich etc, there's been other things as well, i would truly never believe this if it wasnt happening to me lol and I'm litterally not kidding, completely true story
ofcourse I do everything out of order...haha... if there is such a thing. Most of these things make sense, they just haven’t happened in the order that are listed here & I think it’s true when I’ve heard others say every set of twin flames is unique & has their unique challenges that affect their coming together. I am thankful there are people on the internet talking about it because it can make you feel a bit cray cray when one doesn’t know what’s going on.
I like the idea of burning away all the accumulated bad energy by coming together that sounds really appealing

I believe that Twin Flames happen after we have learned the lessons appropriate. We do not experience the twin flame until we are progressed enough, and we have learned our soul mate lessons and settled soul mate karma.
Many people want that intense love, and so this is what the view twin flame as. To me it is actually a huge responsibility and what is funny is that after we finish our karmic lessons of other souls, it seems all we do is go back to ourselves lol.Its about self love for mankind
I experienced all of the signs but it has taken almost 25 years to have the true heart chakra awakening. It has been unbelieveable to say the least. This happened in January, the signs all around me blew my mind daily. This person is on the west coast, and I have not seen or spoken to him since 1994. I did email him shortly after this experience, and heard back. I did not mention any of the above, but he did say he would try to call me when he can. That was in March. Boy it is tough to stay in a centered aligned place and not in my solar plexis. But it is as if I can smell him hear him, and feel him with me contstantly. I pray he calls if nothing else just to hear his voice. IT has been the most enlightening experience of my existance. It happened right after I went thru a month of trama work for some issues I have struggled with.
If you have any words of advice, feel free, it would ease the hard work of letting go of the longing, and try to stay centered in the mission aspect of this experience,

Carole Garrity Hey Carole great experience. But tell me one thing from your experience, is waiting for a twin flame union worth it or should we get along with a soulmate; as twin flame union involves a lot of work, and maybe less happy time? What's your take on that?

I experienced this "alice in wonderland" kind of event around 6 years ago with another person who happened to be a relative and she lives on the west coast, well we both moved together after she sold her home in Tn. It was a magical and beautiful time when i recall everything. I have lived out west off and on for the past 4-5 years now and everytime I have to move back to the east coast I seem to always descend back into a lower life state or a vibratory stagnation energy.
Its rough and Im still going up and down the ladder with remembering and integrating the resplendent blooming of colorful love that emerged within the heart center which occurred at some point during the time and it felt similar to a magnetic pull in the chest. These events are/were sacred and beyond anything I could ever attempt to ascertain with my own Ego mind.
The journey is everlasting, much likened to a thousand years spanned across the ocean of lifetimes we have yet to discover; deeply sanctioned within ourselves, and as such, the sands of time dissolve into the deserts of the ancient past and we carry onward merging into the present where such a love, I believe, is always there to remember and claim as our truth.
I called in a deep soul connection ( not specifically soul mate and not a Twin Flame ) for a deep life relationship & hey presto in he was catapulted. We dived very quickly into sexual Union . 16 years between us he looks 10 years older me 10 years younger . It was like a high speed train no body could stop with this feeling of love before love immediately ... Epic Love. It was all so strangely wonderful XXX
