I can't imagine what it would be like to go through a kundalini awakening and not know it! I had mine 20 years ago this coming May, and the most intense part happened over about 36 hours, and it felt like a manic episode, a dissociative reintegration, a rebirthing, and just plain going crazy all in about 36 hours. The whole of the experience lasted probably a week before until 3 months after the most intense part. I had no one to guide me through it or knew what was happening to me, so naturally I ended up in a psych hospital. It was the most excruciating, blissful, indescribable experience I could ever imagine possible here on Earth. Mine was spontaneous, triggered by the breakup of who I believe is my twin flame.
Pradnyaa, is it possible that he could have been a twin flame catalyst/false twin? During the awakening there were definitely elements that indicated our souls are intertwined, and I've basically thought about him straight for 20 years, but he shows no interest. Maybe he's a catalyst?
I lived my life in such manner that I had no idea until I turned 27 that I was doing spiritual practices. I met a guru in 2020 and he told me that I have been practicing meditation, mindfulness, chanting mantras, doing mudras etc. Until I met that guru I had no knowledge about those things. I was just doing me. I went through my awakening without knowing. It lasted for a few days. I got to understand that a few months after it happened. Before that I died 3 times. First time I was dead for 7 minutes. I got to understand more about those events later too. When they were happening, why they were happening and how I was changing more after that and in what way.

I ask the same question over n over, though for me the time hv been less. 1.5 years, 9 months of no contact and even before hardly any comm.
I contacted him recently, he said he missed me. Dont rely, he lies. Dont wht to believe n what not to.
I also feel he is just a spiritual catalyst. But what I usually dont understand is if they are spiritual catalyst, shouldn't we hv been let go of them or gotten over them. I cant even imagine how painful it must before for u, been 20 yrs.

Depends. Usually one person's kundalini will awaken first.
Their twin may awaken after them or may not awaken at all. However that does not mean they are behind.

A week after my awakening I met my twin. I remember that day I asked for union, I wished for Harmony, peace, love, clarity. I didn't know at first that in that moment I was calling in my real twin and not the catalyst. After I met my twin and shared stories from our lives I started to connect the dots and I actually started my journey when he called me in 2-3 years before I asked for union. Those 2-3 years before I met him I went through very intense events in my life. I felt a strong pull towards Asia (I live in Finland) and I couldn't understand why. It took 2-3 years for my path to be arranged so that I went to Thailand and met him. I will never forget that moment nor those 5 hours of spending time together the day I left back to Finland.
I listen to your videos every once in a while and some of the things you say make a bulb light up for me as I clearly understand then what things that I have experienced mean.
During one of the regression sessions, while under hypnosis, I saw my twin flame waiting for me by a lake in a boat and he helped me get in the boat and then he rowed the boat to a deserted island.
Now when I heard you say that your twin flame has a boat for you that can take you towards your destination of enlightenment, it brought goosebumps for me… thank you for sharing such great knowledge with us, it definitely eases the pain we are experiencing on this path😊🙏

Ma'am, as we know that spiritual awakening can be triggered by both a real TF and also by a catalyst. But how can we differentiate between these two? The two pathways can't be same..ryt? What are the criterias to differentiate between spiritual awakening by a tf and spiritual awakening by a catalyst?
I really can't understand why anybody would want to awaken the Kundalini it is not an easy experience
People are crazy about the out of the world experience.(just the way some want to try drugs) They have no clue what it would be like and how painful it can be. In fact intentionally awakening your kundalini when you are naturally not ready for it, is very very dangerous.
Some people also have made it a business. Claiming they awaken kundalini - getting people into various altered states of mind, offering courses and stuff.. And yeh it could even get worse than that if people do not stop being ignorant.
I wouldn’t even know about it. It happened to me with a stranger. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone especially if you never heard of it
U don't awake Kundalini. Kundalini awakens you. If it does, u are ready for it.

What you are describing as bliss maybe your heart activation.
Kundalini awakening experience can be different person to person and it is not necessary a blissful feeling. Many feel pain, confusion, panic etc. Also for many they won't even realize that their kundalini is awakening.
For me I did not realize it initially at all.
Your twin flame may feel the heart activation but there are no rules.
Kundalini awakening - they may not feel it when you feel it. You will have different experiences not necessarily the same experience. Twin flames don't necessarily awaken at the same time. In fact both twin flames do not necessarily awaken. It might be one twin going on the awakening journey and another facilitating it.
And how do I actually know Im ascending? Ive been chasing my twinflame for 2,5 years... maybe I will not ascending when I keep chasing...?
Mine started after 2 months of meeting her and it started with Shiva then now I had my shakti and is pushing up my solar plexus (i have a blockage).
I had kundalini awakening spontaneously last year April when I was thinking about my TF. First few months was soooo painful and I had so much anger issue and depression like symptoms. And it got easier from last October but sometimes still got triggered by my twinflame in my dream❤ I don’t know where I am going or what am I becoming, somedays like heaven somedays like hell.

I am in TF journey, and I did no t do anything to intentionally to activate kundalini, but I was only doing chakra my meditation and now I feel contracting in pelvic floor with shaking in whole body, is it kundalini awakening? And if yes from now on should I do structured work/ meditation for complete the kundalini activation process?

No. Thats not true.
Who decides this? Don't listen to things that don't resonate with your heart.
There are a lot of people around who are guided by the dark who will manipulate you. Listen to your intuition.

Why are YOU making an effort to wake them up? It's not your job and it's not in your control.
Your desire to wake them up is coming from your EGO mind.
Many matrix twin flames - may not even wake up. And that's okay! There are deeper reasons to understand it.

The person I spoke with is lovely (no darkness). She said when her twin went into service and had worked her way up to the crown, it triggered her awakening (she is dm).
Because the twins we hear about are the ones posting videos, it does appear they are in service/mission.
What is the earliest twins come into union related to the df chakras I wonder?
Although I am accepting and peaceful in my life I do still look forward to physical reunion with my dm.

Not necessarily. It depends upon two factors -
Their past lives and what they went through - what sort of trauma, and what wounds they carry. Those can be different than yours.
2. How much is supressed in their energy body. How much they they still need to process. That too can be different than you.
For twinflames kundalini is already awakened but practice is required to raise it..
When you say already awakened, it gkes to the question when does it awaken?
It sirely is not already awakened by birth. It awakens someehere in this lifetime, and high possibility after the twin flame encounter. Rising it happens very slowly with a lot of painful process while being in karmic life.
The true kunadini "intentional" practice is very very tough. Even if someone sits for 6 months in Himalayas leaving everything else, the success can not be guaranteed. All the current "kundalini trends" are just trrends. So no, while living your normal life you can not have the perfect intentional practice. I don't think so.

However what I have observed is - most people who are awakening (twin flames or not) are spontaneously awakening their Kundalini. These people also include those, who do not believe in Kundalini (And I feel that does not matter, as every person will have their own belief systems in place.) - their ascension is happening perfectly. (mostly by processing a lot of denser consciousness and not by intentional practice.) -- Hence I feel it does not necessarily require a lot of "intentional" practice. Current timelines are very different than ancient ones. Many people do not even know what they are experiencing is Kundalini awakening.

Can kundalini awaken in my daughter who is soon 5 also she is living with my narsisist sister who is mentally unstable... Im always worried about my prescious daughter but gonna go to the court working on getting her home with my lawyer. I Just hate this place I live I need to move 1/2 hours away from here. Working on this now finding a new apartment... my family have used my awakening prosess to call me crazy. The last 7 years have been hell and back many times
Age 5 is too young for the energy body as well as.the mental body to fully develop for awakening. At least in the cutrent tineline i don't think that can happen.

I was shocked by the people who were going to see Maharishikaa and they were proud about intentionally awakening their Kundalini. Meanwhile, I was searching for a way to calm Shakti down because I felt she wanted to pop up and I knew I still had my ego and trauma to solve. So I watched Maharishikaa and she showed everyone the power of bending down in surrender and she will stop. And I did it. It worked for a bit but we all know that when time comes, time comes. But I was truly shocked about how proud they were about it. 😂

Also, "wanting" to stop your naturally rising kundalini (for whatever reason) is also a form of ego. 😁

Well, in my case I remember it was just 2 days or something after I met my tf that I got an orgasm very randomly. That's probably my kundalini awakening.
Yes. My timeline was different. We met in 1990. That time hardly anyone was awakened and the awakening timelines were yet to unfold. (The awakenings, happened after 2006)
So if you look deeply, it is related to the timelines and your soul's path. Both.

I have met a spiritually advanced person who knew what I was going thru without me telling anything but did not elaborate that this is some process of ascension.

😄 yeh a lot of stuff related to that is BS indeed. However there is authentic ancient knowledge also out there about your energy body - ie chakras. Depends what we read and its source and authenticity.
Your twin or catalysts whoever activates all of it. You know when it happens. You feel like love then death shortly after wards. It activates during sex. I have not been ok in 4 years
But if it's slow it will clean the chakras and burn out all karmas
It does not depend upon the speed. Cleansing and burning can happen instantly too.

Kundalini awakening does not exactly match your defintion of ascension. Yes the ascension you describe is a by product of kundalini awakening. But a lot of other things happen and I would suggest you not to talk with such certainties about this matter. Kundalini awakening is a mystical, embodied process where even body changes. Glad for your enthusiasm, but speaking in such categorical terms about kundalini processes should be left to experts who have spent years in sadhana and austerities.

I am certainly not wanting to comment on traditional practices - I leave that to experts. However I do want to point out certain things which are happening in the current timelines - with people who are spontaneously awakening their kundalini.
This particular video I felt like doing because many people read something somewhere and start thinking that they have to 'intentional" awaken their Kundalini to be in tf union -which is not true!
So whatever I have said here is only in be context of that.
