I’m watching and rewatching your videos and now they’re sinking in.
Thanks to you I’ve stopped obsessive thinking (even though just last week I found out that my twin has moved on and in a new relationship), I’m now observing my thoughts and feeling lighter. I’ve watched the movie you recommended and made a huge list of what I need to read.
And from my experience only now I understand why it was not possible for me & my TF be together. I totally get it now!!
Even when we were together deep down I knew how imbalanced we were, and something was telling me that if I balance myself we’ll be fine. But at that point in time I didn’t know where to start, so everything fell apart. And after DNOTS (a few times) I’m now awakening to my new journey!!!

As I watched this video I realized something from my past that I did not pay attention to then. From my past experiences, this method works on attracting both Twin Flames and Soulmates. I used to do this without consciousness and I feel this is why I have not been successful. Not aware of my actions when I was and was not successful at attracting them..huh.

I do keep his number and texts still however to this present day bc I can’t bring myself to delete them this time:( he does continue to keep coming around though.. but then again we were never really fully blocked from one another

It really makes sense when you say, "Twin Flames are two bodies sharing the same soul. That is easy to keep in mind. I met my Twin Flame but ran after it felt like hr didnt want anything to do with me. That was like 2 to 3 years ago! We met at work , now i have not worked since last October because i had brain-tumor/ cancer surgery, so we havent seen each other since. And you were correct, i checked if had still blocked me , and he had unblocked me so I sent him a dm explaining what i had been going through. Im still in chemotherapy.

Start drinking frozen organic lemon juice. One whole lemon cut into pieces (peel and seeds included) and put in a blender with another juice or smoothie (no milk) and drink every day. I know a handful of people who got rid of tumors in less than 2 weeks doing this. Also cut out sugar from your diet. Cancer dies without sugar. Eat turmeric, dandelion root, turkey tail mushroom herb and garlic and cumin seed all powerful cancer fighters. Drink alkaline water and stay away from meat and dairy they make the body acidic. Drink baking soda in water look up on TH-cam people that died that to fight stage 4 cancer. Cancer can't survive when the body is in alkaline state. I ran because he made me forget/lose all the mind/ego identity I had built up throughout my lifetime. When he looked at me I was reduced to whatever is there when that is all stripped away. It is scary because it is very intimate and there is nowhere to hide unless you run.

Ohh, Kurt, I think that I detach a litlle because I didnt addicted like in begining of all.. we met before 14 months.. but now I realize that Im at the same point like in the start. I dream her, I look on media for her, I talk about her, I read about twin flames, listen music which asociate me on her.. I’m beginning to think that the person I thought was my TF was actually a karmic call back. I had an ‘assisted spiritual awakening’ (if you catch my drift) and I pieced together some very specific information about this person and realised that I was correct in thinking I’d met them before. It was over 20 years ago and they used a different name then (complicated!) At that time they set off the exact same stuff about my identity and I remember I resolved it awkwardly. This time they did it again but with more of a push and it felt more deliberate than last time.
I’ve resolved so much trauma and letting go of my past selves and am committed to finding my genuine self.
I think that’s what karmics do, right? They come in dramatically and make us realise who we really are by making us see who we’re not?
Also, I honestly can’t be with this person. There’s no way I’d be anything more than an object and treated badly in the long term. If anything, they wanted something from me that they couldn’t articulate because it would result in their own identity crisis.
We are one body soul mind 😉 then and need that thinking cos I know he always there but not always in the physical x

It's always me that runs. I'm DF....DM triggers me...I run. I cant always explain why but its usually like a controllable need to focus on self because hes triggered something and in that moment I cant have him anywhere near me...i need quiet and time to myself....i havent blocked him this time but i did end the relationship 3 weeks ago. @@MomRatt difficult to explain. He triggers me. It might be what he says ..or doesn't say that makes me question myself massively. At that point I have to be by myself because what it brings up is huge to me. I have to work on myself and work through it myself. its a huge tower moment that causes inner turmoil and imbalance. I dont do it because I want to...its necessary. And it doesn't mean I dont love him..I do.

He brings it up which is the trigger...that's why he does it to show what needs healing..it cant be done together it's an individual experience that he cant heal. Only I can do that and I dont want him near me or talking to me during this time. Its difficult to explain...That's twin flames..its not a 'usual' love story and you cant treat it like that...it doesn't work that way

Yep. I decided to love on. Even to date another person and I made up my “mind” and he texted me after not hearing from him for 2 months. Getting back to pulling my energy back because it set me back on focusing on him. I am focusing back to myself moving forward. Kundalini awakening opened me up I felt like I died. Rebirth’d. It’s all about me. 1 Soul. I get it. The human aspect is what’s in practice to balance.

Moved into a house that had so much energy in it & boom all my gifts came back that I Sur pressed. After the the first kundalini awakening I saw a shadowy picture on the wall. It was a man and woman intertwined. I had no idea what it meant. Later I found out I was being messaged about a twin flame union. I can see energy. Since little. Anyway, Fast forward 3 years. Because the energy only flows in one direction. Positive to negative.
if you really think about it though it doesn’t really matter in the end because your soul IS experiencing both sides any way 🤷🏽♀️ even though you are having the awareness and experiencing the power to neutralize the energy it still takes two to tango so really the + and - are both needed to neutralize the energy just on different levels which makes sense because if both the + and - were on the same level and both were aware and wanted to be together consciously then there would be nothing to neutralize, this was really long sorry I hope I made some sense

It’s just your fear based addictive energy...don’t give it any meaning. Don’t get attached to those thoughts. Label them, your addictive energy thoughts and let them go, and come back to the present moment. Any signs you see of him/her just smile and keep it moving...again do not get attached to it and don’t give it any meaning. You are not your mind, you are your soul.

@@geminik4315 just be...just be present that’s it. So when you think of him, say to yourself...that’s my TF thought pattern and let it go. The more you recognize that it’s your fear based energy the less thoughts you’ll have. Trust me...give it time. And put it this way… Anytime you have any question about your twin flame it’s your fear-based energy and the answer most likely is going to be… Just be. Look around at the trees, the clouds, the sky the sun the moon the ocean the leaves the snow or maybe when you start to think of him recognize it and then pick something that you love to think of besides that person that makes you happy and bring yourself to that at. The more work you put into “letting go” the less it’ll work. So mediate, work out, eat healthy, and realize you are not your mind, you are your soul, which is love, source energy.

The more I called out my fear based energy which is any time you are not present, the more I became aware of not being present and that my thoughts did not make me who I am, I am my soul, which is love....a vibration of love. My twin flame desires for fame and social validation. I could give a fuck less about that. Wealth and success come naturally to me, all I want to do is work mundane jobs and build toward her dreams. My focus on her is the problem, all I have to do is sit back and be successful in my life and let her come to me. I'm the planner, she is the dreamer. That is beautiful to me. In our current life she is chasing after fake ass social media rock stars like she can ride off of the coattails of their success to gain some pitiful penitence from their success when all they will do is use her and discard her like yesterday's trash if they ever do get on which they won't. I just don't want to see this girl put more scares on her soul when she finally does come to me. She has a realistic dream now that I'm on board with and we can build toward, I'd just hate to see her make the same childish mistakes over and over again chasing after this teenage dream like she's going to marry a rock star.
