Hello, No doubt about the information you have mentioned here. Everything is correct under article 194.2002. but the process is far more complex. Mainly due to the immigration officers and poor immigration system. For example, they never tell you l, what you are missing in one time. I have to go there like 6 times to submit my application and each time they have a new flaw. Really disgusting system. But a like for this video for the information. Great work.

Are you EU or non-EU? Maximum 6 months is for EU citizens. For non-EU is a total of 10 months in 5 years, no more than 6 months within a year. Depends on your particular situation

Okay I have a question on that I have been in romania for over one year and my first residence permit has expiration date 27th of april in 2022 but unfortunately I had to change my employer before one month of this expiration date and I was not able to apply for a new residence permit in a short time because for a new employer at first I need to get a new work permit from the new company and after I getting that I have to apply for my another residence permit so it will take a long period of time in this case I will have a gap bitween those temporary residence permits So will it be a problem to getting a permanent residence? Studies residency permits count for 1/2 of the period they are issued for a maximum of 2.5 years.

Hello, unfortunately no. They will be taken into consideration by half. So you would need 10 years of studies for the 5y minimum on PR.

Yes, PR is also called long term residency. It is more similar to citizenship than short term residency, for example, but definitely not the same thing!
