Normally asylum applies just to that person's specific case, if they can prove that going to their home country puts them in danger. If both spouses can show thay they both get asylum, of course

Buna, da va avea pensie daca indeplineste conditiile prevazute de lege. Cetatenii non-UE nu pot detine terenuri in Romania

Hello, if he is Spanish he does not even need a job for residency, he can simply apply based on his personal situation

We do not really understand your question. After we enter Schengen yes, you can travel by air to othetr EU countries but just as a tourist
