thanks! dunno why this was so hard for me to find. not really sold on the 101 workflow, but this variety of great tones really blows the competition out of the water
Спасибо за большое терпение при записи этого видео. Здесь можно реально услышать фактически все звуки ударных и многих других инструментов MC-101, что, на мой взгляд очень ценно! Ещё раз спасибо! Удачи и здоровья!
First of all, these have to be best groovebox sounds on market... i want one just as jv ish sound module. Secondly, its crazy how roland sounds like future and yesteryear... they got good sound designers.
I was going to get a Boss DR-202 because I loved creating beats with that little thing back in the day...but listening to what drums have been included in the new MCs, AND i can layer in my own samples on top of them...I am now sold. I may go for the MC707 however.
Your 101 videos are fantastic, really valuable source of info about the machine. Thanks for creating them! One question I can't find answered anywhere. What do the the "SYS-Ctrl 1-4" parameters do on the part parameters? I'm hoping they allow some modification of the presets. I understand that full/deep editing of custom synth/tone parts isn't possible (like on the 707) but I hope there's some way to modify the sounds other than cutoff/resonance etc. THANKS!
If I was thinking of this as a cheap way to incorpate some Roland sounds into my work without having room for a keyboard or another big module, how do you think it would work? Would be solely a complimentary sound module for me to be sequenced by Squarp Pyramid or octatrack. Already using a Prophet X, Virus TI and minilogue XD module as main synths.

That 059 Soft bass sounded exactly like the bass used on Pleasure Principle

will a software editor be developed for the MC101 presets ? that would be extremely helpful, should come out soon ?
