Just met with Bill, who is awesome. I've followed you folks for some time now, and thank you for showcasing this location. The wife loves the area and options they provide. May have found our new home.

This just sucks. Septic tanks, wells, no high speed internet, propane(no natural gas) far away from the city and the worst of all it has an HOA 😂. Like why will I live there?

Very misleading title. These homes aren’t in houston but an Hour drives away. If you click bait people on TH-cam who aren’t from Houston area. Why would you think they want to trust you as a real estate agent?

Buddy these guys are probably some of the worst people you will see, they are just in it to get “ you” in that home and close the deal and on to the next victim . You need to truly experience it here to see why you’d run as fast as you can back to where you where 😂

To my family in NY NJ and even PA, I am the sister from Boston even though I live 90 miles from Boston…to my family and friends in New England, I now live in Houston, even though I really live in a suburb about 40 miles north… these homes are about 90 miles north of Houston and you have access to this huge metro…moreover this suburb they talk about is next to the Woodlands, one of theeeee best hoods in America. Houston proper is kind of a shiette hole…btw

Property taxes are so high in TX, have to move to another state, make sure you check and move on Jan 1st or they will appraise 150% or more higher in spring of the next year!!! Tx legislation only meets every 2 years to make any changes- beware

If you're from Houston, you know that most of the surrounding cities are still considered the Houston area. Galveston is the sister city, hence The Greater Houston-Galveston Area. Same as Dallas-Ft.Worth Metropolitan Area includes Denton, Mckinney, etc.... the area in this video is 77303 straight north, its no biggie, people do this commute everyday to work in downtown Houston. Everything's bigger in Texas

You know why houses in the Houston area are cheaper?
    hot & humid
    bugs and other poisonous critters
    hurricanes & tornadoes
    crime
    traffic

Put a stamp on it and let me help you out,
      - cheap quality homes that will fall apart and cracl
      -there is nothing to do
-feels like a 3rd world country
-power seems to go out for absolutely no reason
-you probably going to get robbed LOL!

  • @Aesthetics622

You have all the space because you better get used to just living in your home and if you have to commute 😂😂 forget about it, the heat the poor constructions of majority of these homes will have you paying for new roofs and walls every year. Let’s not forget power outages, you think there’s a beach here?? Yeah if you like feces and 1 hour and 30 min drives “one way” wherever you want to go. Go ahead brother tell these people the real truth about This miserable city 😂😂 those are just appetizers btw
