Great Video. My favorite home from today is The Jamestown model. I would change and expand the patio, and add a sliding door to the patio from the primary bedroom. Great home!

Like the fireplace to have pebbles stone brick to match the front entrance with pebbles stone instead of brick and where the cabinets in the kitchen blue want wood stained and the barn door and entryway wall that’s blue wood stained 😊😊😊😊

Why do you have a powder room in front of the house? Same floor plans since 1997. Once you have seen a group of homes, they are all the same, just different builders.
What they don’t tell you is you have to pay an insane mount in property tax and hoa fees you’ll be paying 1600$ before even paying the principal and interest These monthly homes even with a “low” price are still gonna be 5500-6000 a month easily
Number two is my favorite but I wish their was a real fireplace that wood 🪵 burning real wood would want were the triple widow was wish it was a bayview window would have different chandelier because I like the vintage ones and where they have ceiling fans mine would be chandeliers fans you can get them at Home Depot or Amazon and my pin delights would be round chandeliers still think in a master bathroom should have jacuzzi bathtub they can put the soaker tub in another bathroom where there is a shower and the back patio I would want a tikkibar built in it and then in the back yard a pools and hot tub and the pebble rock looks beautiful outside on that style of home😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤also I would put a gazebo with hanging swings 😊😊
I'm very picky. The first home I liked until I saw the beams in the tray ceilings. The beams ruined the tray ceilings. The chandeliers are more industrial looking which I do not like. I would like an indoor pool with Jacuzzi. The trees would have to go. Hate those eggy looking tubs. No handheld shower either. Because I'm older I wouldn't be able to get in the tub or get out of it. The floating sinks that they make with the sinks on top. No under mount. I have an undermount sink and it is a bear to keep it clean. I won't be moving to Texas. I love NE TN.
