A house this calibre in Canada would easily be $1mil-1.5mil to purchase. You can’t even find a studio condo that’s less than 400sq feet for this price here even with the currency exchange.

Not to mention the amount of strip malls,car washes,coffee shops and storage units that they are building. The corruption and is simply brushed off by everyone to the point it’s sickening that they allow it

Agree. It reminds me of a bathroom. I like plank tiles throughout, except in the BRs. I can't stand what I call schizophrenic flooring.
