I own a La Sal Peak, it's great. Curious on your thoughts regarding the shared linkage in what is the Tetralink. I have a Fox X2 and removed the 2 volume spacers (zero) since the linkage has a relatively low leverage ratio towards the bottom (i.e. very progressive). What I run is a very high pressure in the shock to get between 25-30% sag, closer to 25% static, since at the beginning it's a very high leverage ratio that gives more suppleness. Did you find the same with this bike and the lack of needing spacers and/or added compression?
Thanks! Been following for a while and appreciate your reviews.

I had narrowed my next bike to the Fezzari Signal Peak or the Niner RKT. On almost every level I liked the Fezzari better, with one dealbreaking exception. I ride cross country, in actual mountains, so I need more gears than a 1x offers. Not just the higher high end/lower low end - but most critically the jumps between gears. If the Signal Peak had the option for a 2x, it's what I'd be riding right now. (Not that I'm unhappy with the Niner, it's been stellar. But the Fezzari costs significanlty less, has (2) in frame water bottle mounts, which would have been nice).

Def a bike on the short list to get! These mid travel rigs are perfect & more versatile than ever. It'll be a solid upgrade from my 2016 Scout. Glad a lot of companies are releasing solid rigs. But for $3,500, this is hard to pass up. Fezzari was also my first FS bike, so I've got some sentimental value with the company.

Of course not... this is not a knock on the Delano but it's just not in the same category as the Switchblade... as mentioned, You'd pay almost as much as the base Delano carbon build for a Pivot frame. All said and done, either bike gets you out on the trail having an excellent time. No reason why the Delano wouldn't be good enough for even the best riders out there. Good bikes for sure... I just prefer the Switchblade. Cheers!

And the components formerly in the Comp package are now on the Elite trim. So the Fezzari Delano Peak Comp that everyone reviewed is now basically the Elite for $1000 more. I only found this out during the order process. Disappointing is an understatement. Which is why I cancelled my order. I also contacted Fezzari about the component changes. And surprisingly or not they have not replied. The small company that cares about the customer? I don't think so.

I don’t know why people keep giving the Delano great reviews, it is hot garbage compared to the Spectral. I only had to ride each once to immediately see the difference.
Also, many of Fezzari’s owners and employees are LDS and donate 10% of their income to a church that actively promotes homophobic and misogynistic agendas and legislation. This was an easy choice.
