Todos Santos is an area that has been receiving a tons of attention and its becoming the hottest real estate destiny in Mexico, its growth it's under every investors attention and also there a huge a big American expat community that is getting larger and larger, believe it or not in the area there are more expat than locals living there.

Hi man, In Todos Santos as it is place right on the Pacific side you really get a lot a fresh air all year round also in summer when is hot you still get a very pleasant ventilation, Cabo San Lucas as it is located behind some montains that block the Pacific to the downtown you really get a lot less wind mostly in summer and it makes a huge different in summer, the temperature felt in the two towns are so different. You are absolutely right, mostly now in this buyer's market price went to the roof and it's hard to explain it as it is a small town with very undeveloped infrastructure and services... Possibly the desire to live in such a unique place and the speculation of some investors created this situation

It is very expensive but the whole Baja is... Everything that you buy here is imported to main land of abroad, is impossible for everyone to keep prices as low as in other part of the republic
