    Ya it's one of the most expensive places in Mexico. But it's nice. And this guy is the best. Bye for the best. Look at how honest he is. Very expensive. But it's always going up. Good investment.

    Stay away from the water
    A lot if you can find one is two million. But you can drive to the beach. it's just going to go up. You won't lose if you can afford it.

    That's California prices for a family home. LOL I can't imagine someone uprooting their career to move there but I imagine a lot of retirees and wealthy people can just go find a home to purchase. I don't know how many I.T. jobs are in Todos Santos where someone could afford one of their homes and I certainly don't think I would want to live in Mexico City. Of course, nobody wants to be price gouged on a home either. I would like at least some money left to go do things.

    Wowza, I can cross that town off my list: $1 million median price. Edit- although a condo might be affordable.

      Very close to Cabo San Lucas. Hollywood and millionaires from the U.S. have certainly raised the prices of southern Baja California. Thank you for watching! 🙂

    I would think one would need a car to live there for sure. But it sounds amazing. Not cheap!

    I thought Mexico was going to be an affordable option.... I guess not!

    • @GeneandRenee
      @GeneandRenee  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh Mexico is definitely affordable. It’s just that certain places like Cabo San Lucas and Todos Santos are not. However, the same houses if moved north to the west coast of the USA would cost even more. Hope you have a great week Charles! 😎

    I was lost at $1,000,000 median cost for a home. I bet the locals are really pissed unless they have a home to sell for $1,000,000 and then move to the US. lol Most people are lucky to retire at all these days, let alone with $1,000,000 or more. Sorry if I sound annoyed but I kind of am. It's like Todos Santos is the Hamptons.

      You’re right!! But I wonder how much one of these million dollar houses with a Pacific Ocean view if it was in Southern California? I’m sure it would be triple the price or more. I was all ready to buy a house with ocean views for a million until I found out it wasn’t pesos! 🤣 That would have been about $60,000 u.s.d. The thing is when you look at the Pacific coast down there, there are miles and miles and miles of undeveloped land. So it’s not like too many people are being displaced. They may be selling land their family has had for generations to a developer for millions of dollars and living like kings for doing so. Just my thoughts. Take care my friend. Hope you have an awesome weekend!! 😎

      @@GeneandRenee To get a nice house these days, on average, both parents need to be working and probably the kids need jobs to chip in too. Ok. I'm done complaining.

      I understand bro. It’s a mess! There’s got to be a better solution than the one that’s being sold nowadays.
