She really knows her stuff :) Being a piercer or body artist of any kind requires such a kind, professional, and calming presence or else the client will get super freaked out and may squirm, cry, panic, or back out of the procedure. I have 18 piercings and lots of tattoos and there’s no way I would have gone through with my nipple rings, for example, if my body piercer wasn’t the male version of this piercer.
I thought so too, I guess this was her way of giving options. I'm used to being marked in one way, and if I want the marks different, I'll tell the piercer to move them.
That's an eyebrow piercing well done. I've got 11 piercings & still want a few more, mostly my ears but an eyebrow piercing does hold some appeal for me. I took my daughter to get her ear lobes pierced when she was 11. She had the lobes pierced 2 more times by the time she was 15. At 16 she wanted her belly button done & at 18 I took her to have her tongue pierced. I also paid for her first tattoo for her 18th birthday present & since she & I share our birthday I designed that tattoo & we both had it placed on the back of our necks as a visual reminder of the bond that we share. When she moved away to attend university she asked, not for my permission but for my blessing to get another tattoo. We talked about what she wanted & what she intended to do in the future as far as piercings & tattoos went & naturally I gave her my blessing. Now, even though she's 25 years old & very independent she still calls me every time she decides to get another tattoo or piercing to discuss her vision after which she sends me pics so I can see the end result. Eventually, she even became a professional piercer. I don't always like the actual tattoos that she chooses but it's her body & her life & how she chooses to express herself is up to her. And whether or not I actually like the design of the tattoos is neither here nor there as far as I'm concerned, as long as she is happy then I'm happy. All that matters to me is that she is true to herself. I couldn't be prouder of the warm, genuine, outgoing & intelligent person she's become & the simple truth is; body modifications don't change a person, they simply let their personalities shine a little brighter.
Luckily my mom has always been cool with anything I've wanted to get 💞 she signed for me to get my nose pierced right before my 16th birthday 😁 tattoo at 16 as well
My mom was very against me having my head tattooed. She has both her arms fully sleeved and wants to add more. She did end up coming with me for my final session (9+ hours) and she said the end result was really beautiful.
I remember I pierced my eyebrow when I was 19 years old and my dad who doesn't have a very good eyesight was like "why is there water droplets in your eyebrows?" That was the day I took it off and never had another piercing since. 😂

I've wanted my eyebrow done for about ten years and I've recently turned 23. Thinking it's about time I just bite the bullet and go do it. Also the piercer seems so cool. :)

IMO, the piercer isn’t ugly, but not my style. I personally don’t like the green hair and eyebrows, but if she likes it than it doesn’t matter. It’s what the piercer wants and likes, not what other people want or like anyways.
I love mothers that encourage their kids to do what they want, if they want it. I wanted a neck tattoo for the longest time, but I was nervous about what others might think. I talked to my mom and she said "go for it" so I did. Im so happy

It's like any other activities, you don't have to be an ace to do em, but when you're not an ace you will end up doing it sloppily or not that well and it can end up badly.

Yes! I had my eyebrow pierced when I was 17 with my moms permission 😁 I loved it! Plus Amy Lee had one too lol🤘 It was the least painful piercing I ever had. Sadly it rejected and I had to take it out. I have a little scar that is barely noticeable 💛💛
I had this piercing! She's right about the 90's, I think I had it 98 or 99🤣 Unfortunately no one explained to me about side effects like migration and my piercing started migrating and I had to take it out after a year or two, but I do have the pictures, like her mom said!!!

I LOVE eyebrow piercings too! This was my easiest piercing. The lady that did mine had me take a deep breath too but she pierced my eyebrow in one quick motion that felt like a quick bee sting and it was done. No bleeding or bruising and healed quickly.
My piercer used a clamp on the eyebrow before piercing which made the piercing process pretty quick. I just didn’t have a choice in studs 😔 Two years later I got tired of the maintenance etc so I took em out. My scar looks more like a chicken pox aftermath as my skin expanded a little bit from the stud. It was fun while it lasted.
Same! They used a clamp for me too and it bruised my eyelid. Everyone thought it was eyeshadow 🤣 Took it out after about 5 years...definitely left 2 holes/scars. Wish they werent there now, but I liked my piercing back in the day!

I couldn’t even get my ears pierced my body always rejected them no matter what kind of metal I used and how vigilant I was with cleaning them. Fast forward to about 2009, I pierced my ears again and that time I had no issues! Now I have 7 piercings in each ear lol

I find internally threaded jewellery is so much more easier to change especially when you have a threaded taper that can screw into it. This is especially really useful with a labret.

I had my eyebrow and belly button pierced when I was 13 and I still have them both 10 years later but this video has made me realize that I should have waited for the eyebrow since my piercer didn't give me options. I'm happy with how it turned out but it would have been better to have options just to see and compare.
my eyebrow piercing was my piercer's first eyebrow piercing she'd ever done and it looks and it amazing! next to no pain (honestly just a pinch) and it healed beautifully. it gives a lot of dimension to your face and it's a great way for people like me who hate necklaces and bracelets to still have jewelry

I have mine done its not really that bad then again depends on the person its more of a pinch that feels odd but like they said the breathing process is part of it. Kinda distracts the feeling and when to expect it the most part that if anything was felt was the clamps and a pressure. Felt less then a bee sting
leaving your peircing alone is the best care, based on my experience, my helix healed for about 2 months only which is actually fast compared to others ❤️

I had my eyebrow and belly button pierced when I was 13 and I still have them both 10 years later but this video has made me realize that I should have waited for the eyebrow since my piercer didn't give me options. I'm happy with how it turned out but it would have been better to have options just to see and compare.
And that's the value and importance of a good, reputable piercer. APP approved all the way!

my eyebrow piercing was my piercer's first eyebrow piercing she'd ever done and it looks and it amazing! next to no pain (honestly just a pinch) and it healed beautifully. it gives a lot of dimension to your face and it's a great way for people like me who hate necklaces and bracelets to still have jewelry

I have mine done its not really that bad then again depends on the person its more of a pinch that feels odd but like they said the breathing process is part of it. Kinda distracts the feeling and when to expect it the most part that if anything was felt was the clamps and a pressure. Felt less then a bee sting
leaving your peircing alone is the best care, based on my experience, my helix healed for about 2 months only which is actually fast compared to others ❤️

I mean, they don't make me take out my tunnels or piercings and hide my tattoos but I feel like no one gets me. I've had this dream where I'd be a professional piercer in my small town with many clients and just a very beautiful and accepting atmosphere. I'm plus size and lately people get flack for being the size they are if they genuinely do take care of themselves. I love piercings and tattoos and I want my shop to be a place where you can love yourself and smile with a new beautiful piercing or tattoo.
