I would keep an eye out on Brandon Pfaadt for the Diamondbacks. He struggled early on last season but made an adjustment about halfway through with much better results. He also had a low-3s ERA in the playoffs. Definitely someone I'd expect to do well.
Feels kinda similar to after Arozarena dominated the 2020 postseason, because he already dominated on the big stage he gets overlooked because it feels like he already broke out even tho he’s not done it over a full season yet
As a twins fan, Royce is a cop out answer for us. He’s pretty much already here. Royce had more war than Polanco, Duran, and Correa last year. In fact, more than the last 2 combined. For the Twins I’d probably say Louie Varland or Kody Funderburk. If you don’t know who they are, you have no reason to. They very well may not pan out but they’d be my pick because I feel like Royce is already here.
Dodgers biggest breakout will be Lux. I predict 300 AVG 375 OBP 20 HR 6.0 WAR. He finally reaches that #2 prospect in all of baseball potential

@@makattack930 why would you think that? He was the #2 prospect in all of baseball and hit .347 AVG 26HR during his last year in the minors. He has only had around 800 big league at bats so he still has plenty of room for development . Also the shift being banned is going to help him a ton just like it did for Bellinger. He will likely go back to pulling the ball like he did in the minors. Rather than trying to slap it last the shift. This will result in more power and a higher average.
@@alphaal1589 He has worked hard and I’m sure he is much stronger now than he was a year ago. April might be a little hard on him but K expect him to take off in a big way around mid May. I wish the Dodgers would sign him to an extension now. They could probably get him on a 6 year 90 mill deal right now. If they wait 6 months he will want 10 years 300 million.
@@Dodgers-sw2uk I think you have bias because you are a dodgers fan he is not gonna be able to replicate his production in the minors into the majors after the season if he is Able to do that come back and roast me but I don’t think he is gonna be able to do it
Reds Righty Beast Horse Hunter Greene, surprised he didn't pick him for that team! The sleeper bust out rookie is Cleveland's Chase Delauter. He'll give them that power injection that they need to that lineup.
The Rockies have a lot of talent for the 2024 season. Tovar is a great example, and once Brenton Doyle gets his bat right, he has All-Star written all over him.
.593 ops and he plays half his games in Colorado? He was horrible offensively last year.

orioles fan here, the theory was that during Grayson Rodriguez's first stint, he was tipping pitches and it resulted in a loss of confidence. so when they sent him back down, he cleaned that up and then when he came back up, he was what he was expected to be, an ace. as long as he doesn't fall back into tipping pitches again no reason why he can't do it for an entire year this time.
I can see Jasson Dominguez breaking out for the yanks

Abel could be the guy for the Phillies this season but CF Justin Crawford is the gem of the farm system. With his elite speed, top notch glove, & ability to put the bat on the ball consistently already, he could really rise quickly for the Phillies who desperately need help in the outfield…

another option for the Braves could be whichever young pitcher manages to win a spot in the rotation. Could be AJSS, Waldrup, Vines or hell maybe even Elder if he can stay good all year instead of only half.

Most of these guys have already broken out. Cant speak for others, but when I watch a video like this I like to see a couple names I haven't seen before.

Padres: Luis Campsuano isn’t a call-up or a rookie but he’s been steadily improving every year since 2020. I believe he will be among MLB’s best hitting catchers next season

For the dodgers I’m predicting Shohei Ohtani. The kid is one of the most slept on prospects. I think he’ll be one of the best players of all time being a double threat. Who knows but I’m putting my money on him
