Thankfully I was not of the generation sent to Vietnam; however, my grandfather went there. He was force recon during the war. You can’t
Trees: speak
U.S soldier: *chuckles* I'm in danger
Agent Orange: *Imma ruin this guy's career...*
2:37 You can barely see he has invisible bullets (hint: the frontmost guy)
Flash hider?
Also its his muzzle flash ofc his bullets aint visible
I know, hacks.

Get some politicians who actually know what they're doing.
A damn good point that is. Agreed 👍
Step 1: try not to steal the rice. Step 2: shoot trees step 3: camouflage
[] Nate []
That's why the South Koreans won the Vietnam war thanks to the US and the Philippines for helping them in the Korean War
Second: South Koreans didn't use camouflage and they have good rice that's why they didn't steal rice
Third:when they realized an ambush was attacking them and saw their traps. They shot the Vietnamese, collected their weapons and found and destroyed their traps
Step 4:Kill civilians and then don't get caught

2: stay frosty
3: shoot anything in the trees
And get compromised and get and die
Very simple
Thanks you I needed this
Thankfully I was not of the generation sent to Vietnam; however, my grandfather went there. He was force recon during the war. I do not know much of his service, but I ran into one of his friends who was in Vietnam with him. From what I got from him, it sounded like my grandfather did some crazy things from what I was told. He survived the war though, dealt with a divorce, stayed in the corp and made it to the rank of E7, and retired after 24 years of service. He still had time after service and became a detective. Sadly we lost him in 03 from cancer caused by agent orange.
"I'm Finally Home after surviving that damn dirty Jungle!"
Hong Kong Flu of 1968: "no. WE are home."
@Michael Wolff Yeah the ending of the video really gave a sense of despair. And then the outro just being silent menacing jungle. Really great creative choices by simple history.
Thats no flu... that's Nova 6.
Step 1: Don’t live in Vietnam
Step 2: Be a woman to not be drafted
So few people seems to have recognised the Vietnamese, certainly not Simple History.

ZedstackZip05 When you realise that you are a trans woman in the 60’s:
(Crab rave stops)
(Coffin dance starts)
ZedstackZip05 you’re still not safe even today. Trans women still have to register for selective service.
Edit: the reason being is that the selective service does not have any protocol in place for trans people. If you are a trans man you are safe you don’t have to register.
6:52 "You guys give up, or are you thirsty for more?"
4:50 can we talk about the position he was holding his extinguisher
I've seen some old fire extinguishers that had the hose fixed in that position. I asked someone about it and they said it was to make it harder to accidentally spray yourself in a panic but if you've ever met a fresh grunt you'd have to say they'd probably still manage to do it anyways
