I have 2019 MDX Advance. Love the new look and Improvements to the interior. Two things of criticism: The Touch Pad Infotainment (What is Acura Thinking !!! It was the reason I didn't take the RDX in June 2019) & Acura should have "tweaked" the HP / Torque a little. It is "winking" at me. My Current lease terminates in June 2022.... However, sometimes there are good Trade Up Programs that Car makers will offer in advance of that . With only 18K miles on my clock, I may have "equity" over the early termination costs on my car. BUT I will need to not just do a 20 minute test drive, due to that Touch Screen. I full day or more usage (a week even better), would allow me to see if I could be comfortable with that Freakin Touch Pad. It seems that since Acura has this touch pad in the re-dseigned RDX and now the TLX and MDX , it is here to stay .... They probably invested a lot of $$$$ into that technology and won't turn away from it too soon. If it was Touch Screen (even with a secondary pad for those that like that stuff), This would be a complete NO-BRAINER Upgrade for me. I don't really need a 3rd row,at 69 YO ,and scattered Grandkids that ride with me and my wife....

Still think Acura screwed up on the infotainment. The touchpad is trash. They should of use a touchscreen and the center giant knob for navigation instead of changing “drive modes”. Your suburban mom is not going to be changing drive modes everyday.
It’s not a NSX where that needs to be front and center.

The biggest disappointment for this vehicle is that annoying touch pad. Why do the Japanese which is known the world over for developing the best electronics have the worse infotainment systems on the market? The home land of Sony and Panasonic should be able to do better than that.

Acura has managed to become a HORRIBLE manufacturer! I am on my sixth new Acura (22 MDX), and my last! My car has been in the body shop for the last three months waiting parts after I hit a deer. The delay is ALL on Acura and they have offered NOTHING for the severe inconvenience.. I haven’t had a car at all for 2 months (Insur only covered 30 days), reported the issue to Acura corporate and haven’t even gotten so much as a “sorry for the delay” from them. They are simply pretending that me and my issue don’t exist. GREAT after purchase customer service. I am done with Acura! I will definitely be in a Lexus once this lease is up.
