On todays episode, I sprayed the cushman hauler pro with raptor liner and installed some more parts. This cart is coming together and is beginning to be one of my favorites so far.

The wheels are 15" Rhox golf cart wheels wrapped in the smallest Bfg All Terrain Tires I could find which are 215/75r15 KO2. The ride is very smooth but the side wall tires are harder than "golf cart" tires. .

While using your plastic welder, twist the stitch clockwise or counterclockwise to embed the stitch under a portion of the material that is cooler, permitting you to remove your tool without having it to cool down.

Nicely done, looks great! I painted my precedent with raptor liner (charcoal gray metallic) and it came out awesome. Only painting I’ve ever done was either with a rattle can, or brush and roller. Kit was easy and simple to use, key is the prep work, sanding, denatured alcohol wipe down and adhesion promoter. Wish I could post a pic.

Good question! I had been using it on the last episode and just continued using it. The pressure washer would have saved so much more time tho.

Loved the video, great job. I had been thinking of doing the Raptor (or something similar) to the plastics on my Precedent when I paint the bodywork. I like the idea of the durability of it.
For the hole that you tried to patch, they make what's commonly called " kitty hair" it's fiberglass reinforced body filler that used structurally in sub boxes and stuff like that.
For disassembling parts like the reinforcing strip with Phillips and Slotted fasteners, most tool places and big box hardware stores sell socket wrench socket sets with those bits that can be used with impact guns or ratchets.
Also look at a product called Roloc bristle disc's. They are meant for light rust, corrosion, and stubborn dirt and paint removal.
