    I like the video!
As a general rule, primary movement in a bushing should occur between the bushing material and the inner sleeve. Rather than lubricating the major diameter ("outside") of the bushing material, you wanted to lubricate the inner diameter ("inside"). I suppose the manufacturer of the bushing may have specified differently, but what I just described is nearly always the proper mode. This is especially true for the leaf spring end shown in the video, which does not have a continuous inner surface, and therefore the bushing material rotating within the leaf spring end can damage the bushing material.

There reason Golf Cart Stuff gave you a good deal is because your content is great and it really helps people. I am moving to the The Villages in January and will need to get a good cart after I move.

Looks good, I just did a restore on a 2007 ezgo txt pds. Took it down to the frame and repainted everything from the ground up. Built my own lithium 36v 200ah battery. I also chose to go with 14” wheels, low pro tires and no lift. I will have kids on it so I didn’t want the risk of a tippy lifted cart, especially with the lighter lithium batter. Love the videos, keep them coming!

Great video ! You should try getting a insulated garage door to go with your spray foam. Thanks for the videos !!

Great video, made that look easy. I am in the middle of taking 6” lift off a precedent. The front change of spindles didn’t take maybe 20 minutes, but the rear ugh. I attached the axle to the heavy duty leaf springs and can’t get the leaf spring ends lined up to bolt. I tried attaching the leaf springs first then attach the axle to them but couldn’t get the nut to line up with the hole. Just curious if there is trick to the order? Or any suggestions from your experience? Any help is appreciated.

Love your videos I have a club car president set up just like your wife’s cart. 1 inch spacer in the front and four leaf heavy duty leaf springs in the rear. My question is do you run shocks or no shocks heard it both ways. What is your preference? Thanks, Ray.

Love all the content i have a slightly cheaper version of a lot of what you have done. 2017 Yamaha drive 2 style of it. I definitely need to take everything apart and clean up and paint stuff as i have cheaply added most with stuff i have laying around over the 2 years of ownership.

You should grab the small lift table from Harbor Freight. Lifts 36” and 500lbs. Would make doing stuff like the rear much easier on your back. Fun build man. Keep at it
