    A 6-8 hour eating window may be ok for some but typically for me, it’s too short and I feel I can’t get in enough nutrients in such a short window.

      Assolutamente no. Purtroppo con l’esplodere della disinformazione è difficile capire da dove abbiano origine queste stupidaggini

    What if you do time restricting eating(TRE) 6/18. Eat/Fasting with 8000 steps a day walking? I am in a low carb diet main source of calories is fat...can adding walking and TRE balance things out still be in ketosis?
