Are you pealing the tape and lace before it is completely dry or are you waiting till it is dry and if you pulling before dry how dry is it (immediately or when it gets tacky)

We let it tack up for a couple minutes then pulled the lace up. The tape we pulled after about 20 minutes

The Gold was just the Metallic flake in the brown paint
How long did you wait until you pulled the tape? Was the paint still wet, still tacky, or dry to touch? Looks Great!
