Canned cranberry sauce is yummy along side this wonderful casserole. ~ I've been sad this week, reading and thinking about the last week of Jesus on this earth, and His approaching painful death on the cross. Becky you are such an inspiration to me , how your faith doesn't waiver , I'm a Christian lady , by myself for 15 yrs . At times Satan has attacks with depression , I hate it ! I have gotten closer to the Lord , my things in life are church and Bible study ! I look forward to both so much. We're a small little church family but very close and I know this is what's going to get us through rough times ahead. I wish we were neighbors neighbors ! I love you my Sister !
You are such a joy to watch and to listen to! This is a recipe I really want to try because I don't have a lot of time or energy to make big meals! God bless you and I pray that you and your family have a very merry Christmas ❤
That looks so good and not really hard to fix. I wish I could still stand long enough to just get something together to cook! I have to sit on the seat of my walker to even try to microwave easy foods my son will get for me. I love watching you cook & I always appreciate the Scriptures you use. I think I'm going to read the book of Luke with you. I've started reading my Bible over again for the umpteenth time. It's my only comfort. Hugs & blessings from VA! 🙏✝️ 🫶

Make that 3 old girls cooking for one !!!! Some recipes can be divided, some cannot or at least not practically or conveniently. It’s frustrating at prices now to have food spoil or just get so sick of eating it and freezing isn’t an option. So I appreciate these recipes & ease of preparing. Thx😊 ALSO: I love potatoes. I’d like to add that to this. Have you done that before? Small dices and cooked with the cobbler or par boiled or previously boiled and cooked ? And what layer would they be? With the veggies ?
I was watching you make the chicken cobbler. It am going to make this very soon. You said that it could be made with leftover turkey from the holidays. But we would have to call it Gobbler Cobbler 😂😂❤ I really enjoy your show. I was raised in Arkansas and our cooking style is similar. My folks came down the Appalachian trail. My folks were from Scotland ❤

Tried this last night in the crockpot and it came out great! (We don’t have an oven.) I just put it on high to melt the butter, followed all instructions the way you said, and kept it on high until the pancake mix was cooked. (It took about the same amount of time as the oven recipe.) This is a brilliant recipe. The wife and I are empty nesters. Using up a whole roast or baked chicken, never happens. These kinds of "left overs" casseroles are a blessing. Thank you so much, Merry Christmas and God Bless Ma'am.
Thank you Becky this recipe looks delicious I am gonna share this with my sister Karen and a few of my other friends. I pray your family will have a sprit filled Christmas Holiday as well. God Bless You all.
Hi Becky! Greetings from the Cumberland Plateau! We are practically neighbors. I found your channel about a year ago. I love your recipes and all those “down home” dinners from years ago. But, what really drew me to your channel was your courage in speaking God’s Word. We need that so badly in this world we live in. I rarely post comments, but just felt I should say something. You certainly brighten my day when I find a new post from you on my feed, and I am sure I am not the only one. Keep speaking the “Truth” and have a blessed Christmas season.
Just made this and it’s cooling but use the correct portions in your 9x13. I added maybe 1/4 or 1/2 more veggies and sprinkled a little bit of cheddar cheese on the turkey and veggies. It bubbled slightly over onto the bottom of my oven and i had some smoke in the house. It turned out well but will use less salt next time as there is already sodium in the soup mix.
When I was preparing this, I was wondering if it was going to be good. It turned out awesome. This one’s at being added to my permanent recipe cards. Thank you, and God bless
Becky, thank you for this simple, great sounding recipe. I’m 78 and don’t cook alot for just my hubby and me. But sounds like one we would enjoy. And I appreciate your testimonies for Christ in your life. I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have Jesus as my Savior. Merry Christmas! ❤️
It's June here now, close to 90*, but I'm thinking I might still make it. (Half-batch, in the toaster oven in the garage -- "summer kitchen" space, doesn't heat up the house.)
THANK YOU! Due to a couple naughty pullets I had to retrieve from the neighbor's yard, I was running behind. It'll still be a little late for Sunday dinner, but it's easy! I had a little broth mix left. I probably put in extra veggies. I figure it'll work out anyway. I just put it in the oven. Also, I used cream of celery soup, because it's what I had on hand. Update: Hubby and boys liked it very much. 😊
I’ve been making this for years, but layer chicken, then veg. Thin soup with broth, pour over. Flour, melted butter and milk mixed and poured on top and bake.
This is exactly what I needed. Fast. I have these ingredients and took the time to make turkey broth and shrink-wrapped frozen cooked turkey. Thank you!

My wife and I watched this video the day you posted it, and for Sunday dinner, we made it for ourselves. The only change is we used Bisquick instead of pancake mix, close enough! It was FANTASTIC! Oh Becky. That looks so good. I love Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken and Dumplings, Chicken Tetrazzina, anything chicken. Can't wait to try this easy, quick recipe. Thanks so much
Rather than tilting the pan my wife used a brush to spread the butter around the sides. The pan is still kinda hot/warm and the brush can do it a little better.. For people that have disabilities affecting their hands the brush might be a little safer. We love your recipes and can’t wait to try this one.👍👍👍 it sounds like a keeper👍👍👍
Hi Becky, I can't wait to try this! It's mid-July now, but I think it would be good any time of year! When I need cooked chicken for a recipe, I like to get a rotisserie chicken and debone it.

I made this. We LOVE it! I used corn and green beans (you know how it is 😂) and we thought it tasted like chicken and corn fritters! We'll be eating this again!
Hi Becky, I'm gonna make this but I'm gonna have to leave out the veggies because that's how my husband would prefer it. He calls it chicken pie. We have a restaurant that makes chicken pie without the veggies and it's so delicious but it's also pricey. I know that homemade will be even better!! You make incredible recipes!! Oh by the way my mom used to make chicken casserole and she used pepperidge farm stuffing mix for the crust topper. God bless you and your family. ♥️🙏🏻🥰✝️

Thank you Becky I'm going to definitely try this recipe. I tried another and yours is easier and has more ingredients. Your right, the other recipe I tried I did cut the gravy with a knife uugghhh. I know your recipe will be delicious. Thank you for the scripture, I always enjoy them. God Bless

Thank you - this looks delicious! ❤ ❤ ❤
Hi Becky, I can't wait to try this! It's mid-July now, but I think it would be good any time of year! When I need cooked chicken for a recipe, I like to get a rotisserie chicken and debone it.
you are such a great example of pure woman! the way you love God and your family, is much desireed!!!!! i can tell your heart and love goes into your recipes! your husband and kids are so lucky to have a very loving woman as you! God bless !!! Wish my wife was like you.
I made this. We LOVE it! I used corn and green beans (you know how it is 😂) and we thought it tasted like chicken and corn fritters! We'll be eating this again!
Thank you!!! God bless you Miss Becky.
♥️🙏🏻🥰✝️
I make it with stuffing as pie crust at cranberry sauce, turkey filling with veggies, mash potatoes or yams on top ... thanksgiving shepherds pie
I made, for the very first time, your "Chicken Cobbler." I followed all you instructions and tips exactly! It turned out perfectly! All my husband and I can say is "WOW!" It was SOOO Delicious and Easy To Make! Thank You from the bottom of my heart! Best Wishes to you in the New Year!
Sounds delicious and I’m going to make it for Sunday night dinner after church. Thanks 🙏🏽
