Currently struggling HARD with this. RNY Bypass 16 years ago at the age of 18. Went from 557 to 185- huge success. It didn't last long. Got pregnant, went through a LOT of trauma, and managed restaurants for 10 years. Over the past year I've went from 220s (where my set point seemed to be) to 250s. How? DoorDash every day. Fast food. Junk. I ate NOTHING but junk. I have no idea how to cook- but I'm making an effort. I've failed a lot- but I've made a lot of good conscious decisions as well. Happy to have found this program!
Lol. Cinnamon Toast Crunch: is a whole grain. It was one of my favorite cereals. It is at the top of my list now for never touch/first thing I think of as junk food and how I got to over 330 lbs and 5x shirts (that started getting too tight). Thank god for GB and healthy Keto (and other healthy foods).
