I purchased an aim controller with v3 paddles and have used them but They seem a little hard to press along with positioning my hand since I’ve never used paddles and play claw with triggers flipped. I’ve taken off the paddles and have stuck with claw. Do you think if I used the paddles and used r2 and l2 to shoot and aim the positioning would feel normal after a while?
In my personal experience with the is been bad I waited 2 months to get my controllers when I order them with your code and I had one before that all 2 to 2 1/2 month I waited also I order a few other things and it took for ever to get it they costumer service is great they respond all the time but as far as they ship time in my opinion it just takes too long and I agree on the v2 first week of having it one of my meddles broke on the v2 mind you I’m very gentle with my controllers I mean I take care of the I don’t throw them around well I don’t even eat when I’m playing with my controllers
I've had 3 Aim controllers and I loved the first 2, but the 3rd one came with the V3 paddles and they're a bit too short for me. I can still use the controller for games that I don't need all 4 paddles for, but was kinda disappointed without the V3 paddles so far. I also think they're a bit more slick. My first 2 controllers with both V1 and the paddles worked great for me. Definitely agree that they're the best for the price. I got a controller with re-mappable paddles and the docking station and it was just over $200 after shipping and I received it just 12 days after purchase.
@@yuyzxi I use front bumpers still just took some time to get used to using the paddles I don’t even touch the face buttons really anymore. Just give it time like learning claw

You can use a mini drill saw to cut a groove into official PlayStation charging station. That way the Aim fits on the dock. OEM Dualsense will still stay in place as well. Love my Aim controller. Front and back shell color customization, grip, and remappable all for $130 shipped with code. Also ps small on left Xbox high on right.
Hey man idk if you will see this but I recently used your code to purchase a PS5 custom AIM controller. Let me tell you this is one of the best feeling custom controllers that I have owned. I have had other custom controllers most recently a extremerate (hexgaming) custom built that I made myself. AIM is just overall a better controller from the pro back, to the mouse click triggers. I did a repair on a PS5 aim controller recently, I don't recall the exact setup, but the issue was the hair trigger resistor broke away and needed to be resoldered. I put a dab of hot glue afterwards on both triggers to hold it in place so thats definitely something that could be done better. Easy fix though!
I like mine. But man I can't get used to the angle of the controller I feel like it's hard to hit the bumpers and have my hands positioned right to use the paddles. The Xbox controller just feels way better in my hands. Elite series 2 might be as good as it gets in my opinion. Aim is pretty nice tho definitely a upgrade from stock. Once you go paddles it's hard to go back.
I need the aim controller with v3 paddles. Do you think I should go for the ps5 one or the Xboxone? I play on PC. I just need to know which one is more comfortable with the v3 paddles
@@elijnr I don't have a aim Xbox controller just PS5 but I think Xbox controllers are much more comfortable. For me anyways. I'm really not a fan of the dual sense. Honestly though I think the aim is overpriced for what it is. They just take a stock controller and mod it. There is a ton of other Xbox pro controllers on the market. Elite series 2 is the most comfortable controller I have ever used but they have QC issues. I have had mine for 2 years with no issues though. Shop around a little bit. Victrix, asus ROG many other custom pro controllers out there. I also have a Razer wolverine 2 for PS5 which is shaped more like a Xbox controller. It's nice but the paddles are awkward. Razer also makes Xbox pro controllers. All of razers controllers work on PC. I use my elite 2 for PC and it's excellent. If my elite 2 ever shits the bed I'll probably use my Razer for PC. Paddles are amazing either way and I don't think I could ever go back to a stock controller unless it was for indies or something more simple.

EDIT: sticks ARE detachable I’m just fkn weak, it’s easier once you do it the first time, just yank em but hold down the bottom part. The button does press a bit faster and they said that can just happen w getting the bullet design, i have the paddles so it’s whatever, still loving my controller Just received mine today and I’m very happy with it, only thing is my sticks aren’t detachable which surprised me but I probably misread smth and the x button is weird, like it actuates too easy(silver bullets, lower than the others as well) but already talking with customer support for that
Aim used to do hold the thumbpad for remapping mode on DS4.. don't know why they changed it. It was pretty genius. They used to require you to hold it for 5 seconds. No game is really going to ask you to do that.

Hi there, just found your channel, great stuff. Thanks for the in-depth approach. I just got mine with the V3 paddles and they just dont work for me. I have to use 4 fingers, but they are positioned to high to properly click them and are really slippery. The V1 positioning is just so much better. The bottom paddles are only clickable for me with middle fingers, then it feels good but I cant reach the top ones... V3 has some big issues imo. My buddy had the V1 and loved it, but the controller broke and he got a replacement. It shipped with V3 which he hated , got it replaced with V2 which he finds much better and I have to agree when testing it. At least those paddles are are wider and allow for different hand sizes to reach them. While they are to clicky as well, they might loosen up with time.

@@lorandlivadaru224 here in Germany u can only get the v3 now, looks like my buddy got the last v2. we bought it through Amazon which i would recommend if u can, much easier returns if anything isnt to your liking or u have a warranty claim. i also couldnt find any paddles separately, and v2 isnt getting produced anymore

I completely agree with your comment!!! I hate the placement of the v3 paddles but love everything else about it. My V1 was so much better placement for the paddles. Did you ever end up finding a way to order the v2 paddles? I am desperate here LOL. Thanks in advance.

Cute review but you can’t discuss build quality without looking inside and seeing the build! I have fixed enough 3rd party controllers (including aim) to question build quality.
Will say the optional usbc cable is nice because I have more than enough now and to keep the price to the absolute minimum by making it optional is nice. Nothing is "free of charge"
All these upgrades seem great, but they're not available in the xbox builder. Maybe you can nudge your bois at Aim to bring the v3 paddles, remap chip, etc. to their xbox lineup. I also prefer the offset thumbsticks/ergonomics of xbox controller and only play on PC.
they're good controllers, logical also cause its a ps5 base model. Sad thing is that the paddle design is not ergonomic for most hands ( I assume) see, if you want four fingers on the paddles the 'pinky paddle' should reach further down where your pinky actually rests when you hold a controller. its not doing that, so you cant hold the controller in a natural way..(if 4 finger on paddles)
@@DaLions_Den nah...I have an elite too and the paddle layout/position is much improved... although not Totally perfect either but much better. Ik have no problem with the paddles being plastic...they seem sturdy and quality... Its like I said, when you want to use pinky and ring finger on the paddles.. the bottom paddle isnt where your pinky would rest... And it's kinda cramping your style cause those two fingers don't have the most dexterity anyway. It doesn't matter obviously if you use that bottom paddle for Inventory or marker sum like that...but if it's a action button it's not nice

I an having issues with my AIM after using for a year.. the right stick seems really sluggish..I know you can reset it and i tried..weird part is that there is no reset button in the little hole on the back..or it has become stuck.. anyone knows if there is anotehr way to factory reset a PS5 controller?
I’m about too get one for pc windows 10 for mw2 but the reviews are kinda Effie there’s some reviews that claim they got broken triggers and that the triggers break easy, should I pull the trigger 😂😅?
The thing with amazon. The listing may be created by the original company but it could still be coming from a 3rd party seller. Now amazon seller pack and ship whatever they want to sell on amazon and amazon quality check products before it is allowed to be sold on their platform. So, the chances of you getting a fake one is very low. Amazon customer service is really good so if you do get one a fake and it will be very easy to get a refund.
I ordered a prebuilt AIM on Amazon and it’s the 2nd gen (I confirmed by checking inside the triggers). Im sure a custom build will be 2nd gen, a prebuilt I still wouldn’t say with certainty what you should expect, but mine was 2nd gen.
Boys I’ve had a ps5 scuf and i gotta say the aim ps5 controller is 100% better. Better paddle placement, better build quality, no input lag whereas my scuf had a noticeable one, controller looks better and is more customizable and a little cheaper. Couldn’t recommend more
It’s inexcusable that this is a $300+ controller and doesn’t allow customization for every piece of the controller, is missing thumb stick tensions, doesn’t have Hall effect thumb sticks, and doesn’t have taller thin stick options or convex options. It seems like no custom controller manufacturer gets it right in all areas even with the exorbitant pricing models.
Yeah, unfortunately they still have the older paddle style for xbox controllers. AND its not programmable. So its a no go for me. Also cant even get the xbox l3 and r3 mapped to the paddles either. Would love to give em a go, but they seem to be focusing on playstation controllers. These pro controllers should start sourcing the hall effect sensors from gulikit. The first one of them to do that, will sell like hotcakes.
When I overclocked my PS5 controller, selecting 1000 only gave me a 4 Blnterval but the input delay was still like you numbers? When I selected 8000, that brought my Blnterval down to 1. Any ideas? My V3 Aim controller arrives next week and ill be overclocking it as well.
Did you follow the overclocking as per the tutorial I made recently? What do you mean you selected 8000? Where is that even an option, what program are you inside of?
@@GamerHeavenOfficial yes, I followed your instructions exactly but when I select my rate, it gives me the options of 2000, 4000, and 8000 as well. The only way of obtaining the 1 Blnterval is by selecting a rate of 8000. 4000 gives me me 2, 2000 gives me 3, 1000 gives me blnterval of 4. On yours, 1000 gives you blnterval of 1.
Hello just want to get this out there we don't use all the same parts as extremerate parts I make my own buttons and shells don't come from extremerate u customize my on oem shells with mouse click triggers not extremerate ones that break I do use there paddles those but I also have my own custom buttons the mouse click triggers are real mouse housing inside mouses so the toggle I don't use cheap ones I use professional ones not like those black button caps that you will lose or that go out really easy I use the toggles like extremerate uses just not there the toggles that are yellow with caps that don't come off and we can mod your controller with up to 6 extra buttons and with the extremerate paddle 10 buttons that's 2 remap kits one for buttons one for set l1 r3 and other 4 paddle for well that's extremerate paddles everything else like clear shells man we get our own for buttons wise anyone can buy extremerate or scuf buttons they sell those separately not that hard for leds I use extremerate for the front face different thumbsticks because there's break and goes bad I use Bluetooth kits for the leds with 2x battery's so people can't say my battery dies so for designs we can do any design on Etsy Custommodz921 and we can do any other job out there that anyone else has done like the guy below there all extremerate parts so what's new there but I do Customs and any theme and all extremerate designs if people like hex, battle beaver,mega modz...we can make any rapidfire controller with extension thumbsticks paddles rapidfire and smart triggers not extremerate one extra buttons the Ultimate Pro Controller with 2x battery's we even sell just 2x battery's so anyone needing a custom design let us know we are ready to start
Anytime you order anything online they ask you for your ID(name, shipping address). Also in this video I was unable to get to $400, and that includes adding things like a carrying case and USB-C cable

Mine was 180 with a discount. I kept the triggers stock tho and didn't do anything crazy for design. Overall decent controller. They are making tons of money off of these tho. The parts they put on them are worth maybe 30 dollars. They all feel kinda cheap to me not horrible but definitely doesn't feel premium to me. All these aftermarket/ upgraded controllers are overpriced. For what I got I think the controller should be 150 tops
I have a Scuf Reflex Pro & FPS. Both are fantastic controllers and I feel like they’re just a way better quality than these other controllers like Aim, Battle Beaver etc. I’ve never had issues with Scuf and I also purchased 2 player packs for additional thumb sticks, the case and another USB-C cable lol. When not in use they’re in their cases and I don’t throw my shit and squeeze the fuck out of them when I’m playing.
Bro i’ve had 2 Scuf Impacts for the ps4 both got stick drift after 3 to 4 months. Idk if you had a Scuf or a Pro for the ps4 if you had can you tell me the new reflex has a way better longevity? Im debating to buy either this aim or the new reflex you see. Reflex so expensive tho

@@a1hun So far it's held up pretty good actually no issues with it. I still have my scuf and that's doing pretty good too, I think we had some issues with it but now it's gone. So now I have two pro controllers and I'm about to get the dual sense edge next and probably just use that, but yeah. The aim V3 with the digital buttons on the face is pretty nice I think that's what gives that company the advantage over the others.
Ive never had issues with mine i have the reflex fps and in mw2 i have a 5kd with 100k kills 10 days played and havent had issues since release and used it all of vanguard. Its how you treat it and how u play it comes down too or u had a defected one
Which controller would you recommend between the AIM and Scuf Reflex Pro? I want to keep the Adaptive triggers and i don't really need 4 paddles. This won't be a FPS controller. I use this Scuf Instinct FPS on Series X and love it. Currently the Scuf is about $230 and AIM $210
Aim. You can remove the paddles whenever you want and the scuf controller has been delivered broken and the service of scuf is near impossible to get a hold of from what I've heard.
I just got my AIM controller today. So previously I bought a Xbox controller from AIM & it had stick drift. But the PS5 controller that came in today, I like it. I bought Scuf, Battle Beaver & AIM. And I have to say as of right now I’m liking my controller from AIM. I believe people just abuse their controllers and say it’s the company’s fault. I take care of my controllers, because these controllers ain’t cheap. But don’t get me wrong I like stick drift and you will get it especially playing FPS games. But man I’m impressed with AIM so far. 😅🙏🏼
All i can say is the aim controller are amazing , But the only issue for me is the back paddels they are so uncomfortable to use 4 of them , I used to play with the elite series 2 and its so much uncomfortable then the ps5 one (Im talk about the paddles) , So unfortunately im using only 2 paddles cus my hands cant fit the 4 ones their location are terrible
I'm an owner since January. I bought it for the rear paddles but unfortunately it got the V2 which I ended to remove after a couple of days because they're simply terrible. After seeing this video I'm now trying to get my hands on V3 paddles, but it seems they were removed entirely from the Aim website :( For everything else this is a solid pad, better than the standard Dualsense. The absolute best for my hands is still the Xbox Elite V2, but good look finding one not faulty. I'll wait and see for an Elite V3 since the Core is an absolute joke
Voiding a warranty due to it being opened is next to impossible to uphold and makes it a really non-consumer friendly company. It has been passed in many places that you do not void any warranties opening products unless it can be proven that the damage happened. Really disgusting to see especially at their price.
Due to your review, I have purchased my first custom controller. Aim offers some great coupons, which can be found with a web search. I found a coupon that took $78.00 off so i went all out with the customization. Thank you for this detailed and unbiased review, extremely informative.
I made my purchase based on this video and if I could give you ten thumbs down I would. 360 BUCKS WASTED. YOU CANNOT REMAP THE L2 OR R2 BUTTONS. The sole purpose for the purchase was remapping the L1 and L2 to the rear spider. You didn't mention that in your review.
i have to disagree with aim being under battle beaver in cutomization. aim even offers free colored joysticks which im pretty sure battle beaver charges 8 or 10 dollars for it.

Purchased this controller and have had it for about 5 months or so and it's already needing repair. The left thumbstick holder is broken so I can't have a thumbstick on the left. The plastic to hold the thumbstick in is weak if you tend to push on it fairly hard like I do.
V2 paddles are dog shit. Mine broke. Got replacements, then 2 of those broke. Emailed them to get the V3 paddles. 4 weeks later,……. No reply, no paddles.
Yeah they change the threshold from month to month, honestly $250 is the highest I can recall. sometimes its a reasonable amount you would be spending on a controller anyways but $250 is a big barrier to entry for that promotion.

Elite series 2 here too. But stick drift. Having to up my dead zone because of it 😒
I need the aim controller with v3 paddles. Do you think I should go for the ps5 one or the Xboxone? I play on PC. I just need to know which one is more comfortable with the v3 paddles
@@elijnr I don't have a aim Xbox controller just PS5 but I think Xbox controllers are much more comfortable. For me anyways. I'm really not a fan of the dual sense. Honestly though I think the aim is overpriced for what it is. They just take a stock controller and mod it. There is a ton of other Xbox pro controllers on the market. Elite series 2 is the most comfortable controller I have ever used but they have QC issues. I have had mine for 2 years with no issues though. Shop around a little bit. Victrix, asus ROG many other custom pro controllers out there. I also have a Razer wolverine 2 for PS5 which is shaped more like a Xbox controller. It's nice but the paddles are awkward. Razer also makes Xbox pro controllers. All of razers controllers work on PC. I use my elite 2 for PC and it's excellent. If my elite 2 ever shits the bed I'll probably use my Razer for PC. Paddles are amazing either way and I don't think I could ever go back to a stock controller unless it was for indies or something more simple.

EDIT: sticks ARE detachable I’m just fkn weak, it’s easier once you do it the first time, just yank em but hold down the bottom part. The button does press a bit faster and they said that can just happen w getting the bullet design, i have the paddles so it’s whatever, still loving my controller
Just received mine today and I’m very happy with it, only thing is my sticks aren’t detachable which surprised me but I probably misread smth and the x button is weird, like it actuates too easy(silver bullets, lower than the others as well) but already talking with customer support for that

Aim used to do hold the thumbpad for remapping mode on DS4.. don't know why they changed it. It was pretty genius. They used to require you to hold it for 5 seconds. No game is really going to ask you to do that.

I just got mine with the V3 paddles and they just dont work for me. I have to use 4 fingers, but they are positioned to high to properly click them and are really slippery. The V1 positioning is just so much better. The bottom paddles are only clickable for me with middle fingers, then it feels good but I cant reach the top ones... V3 has some big issues imo.
My buddy had the V1 and loved it, but the controller broke and he got a replacement. It shipped with V3 which he hated , got it replaced with V2 which he finds much better and I have to agree when testing it. At least those paddles are are wider and allow for different hand sizes to reach them. While they are to clicky as well, they might loosen up with time.

@@lorandlivadaru224 here in Germany u can only get the v3 now, looks like my buddy got the last v2. we bought it through Amazon which i would recommend if u can, much easier returns if anything isnt to your liking or u have a warranty claim. i also couldnt find any paddles separately, and v2 isnt getting produced anymore

I completely agree with your comment!!! I hate the placement of the v3 paddles but love everything else about it. My V1 was so much better placement for the paddles. Did you ever end up finding a way to order the v2 paddles? I am desperate here LOL. Thanks in advance.

Cute review but you can’t discuss build quality without looking inside and seeing the build! I have fixed enough 3rd party controllers (including aim) to question build quality.
Will say the optional usbc cable is nice because I have more than enough now and to keep the price to the absolute minimum by making it optional is nice. Nothing is "free of charge"

All these upgrades seem great, but they're not available in the xbox builder. Maybe you can nudge your bois at Aim to bring the v3 paddles, remap chip, etc. to their xbox lineup. I also prefer the offset thumbsticks/ergonomics of xbox controller and only play on PC.
Xbox elite already have the best paddles in the game

they're good controllers, logical also cause its a ps5 base model. Sad thing is that the paddle design is not ergonomic for most hands ( I assume) see, if you want four fingers on the paddles the 'pinky paddle' should reach further down where your pinky actually rests when you hold a controller. its not doing that, so you cant hold the controller in a natural way..(if 4 finger on paddles)

Ik have no problem with the paddles being plastic...they seem sturdy and quality... Its like I said, when you want to use pinky and ring finger on the paddles.. the bottom paddle isnt where your pinky would rest... And it's kinda cramping your style cause those two fingers don't have the most dexterity anyway.
It doesn't matter obviously if you use that bottom paddle for Inventory or marker sum like that...but if it's a action button it's not nice

I an having issues with my AIM after using for a year.. the right stick seems really sluggish..I know you can reset it and i tried..weird part is that there is no reset button in the little hole on the back..or it has become stuck.. anyone knows if there is anotehr way to factory reset a PS5 controller?

The thing with amazon. The listing may be created by the original company but it could still be coming from a 3rd party seller. Now amazon seller pack and ship whatever they want to sell on amazon and amazon quality check products before it is allowed to be sold on their platform. So, the chances of you getting a fake one is very low. Amazon customer service is really good so if you do get one a fake and it will be very easy to get a refund.

I ordered a prebuilt AIM on Amazon and it’s the 2nd gen (I confirmed by checking inside the triggers). Im sure a custom build will be 2nd gen, a prebuilt I still wouldn’t say with certainty what you should expect, but mine was 2nd gen.

Boys I’ve had a ps5 scuf and i gotta say the aim ps5 controller is 100% better. Better paddle placement, better build quality, no input lag whereas my scuf had a noticeable one, controller looks better and is more customizable and a little cheaper. Couldn’t recommend more
Can the ghost trigger (trigger stoppers) work on the aim v3 controller?
It’s inexcusable that this is a $300+ controller and doesn’t allow customization for every piece of the controller, is missing thumb stick tensions, doesn’t have Hall effect thumb sticks, and doesn’t have taller thin stick options or convex options. It seems like no custom controller manufacturer gets it right in all areas even with the exorbitant pricing models.

Yeah, unfortunately they still have the older paddle style for xbox controllers. AND its not programmable. So its a no go for me. Also cant even get the xbox l3 and r3 mapped to the paddles either. Would love to give em a go, but they seem to be focusing on playstation controllers. These pro controllers should start sourcing the hall effect sensors from gulikit. The first one of them to do that, will sell like hotcakes.

No it does not, at least not face buttons, I think it does have mechanical mouse click triggers and bumpers

When I overclocked my PS5 controller, selecting 1000 only gave me a 4 Blnterval but the input delay was still like you numbers? When I selected 8000, that brought my Blnterval down to 1. Any ideas? My V3 Aim controller arrives next week and ill be overclocking it as well.
Did you follow the overclocking as per the tutorial I made recently? What do you mean you selected 8000? Where is that even an option, what program are you inside of?

The only way of obtaining the 1 Blnterval is by selecting a rate of 8000. 4000 gives me me 2, 2000 gives me 3, 1000 gives me blnterval of 4. On yours, 1000 gives you blnterval of 1.

Hello just want to get this out there we don't use all the same parts as extremerate parts I make my own buttons and shells don't come from extremerate u customize my on oem shells with mouse click triggers not extremerate ones that break I do use there paddles those but I also have my own custom buttons the mouse click triggers are real mouse housing inside mouses so the toggle I don't use cheap ones I use professional ones not like those black button caps that you will lose or that go out really easy I use the toggles like extremerate uses just not there the toggles that are yellow with caps that don't come off and we can mod your controller with up to 6 extra buttons and with the extremerate paddle 10 buttons that's 2 remap kits one for buttons one for set l1 r3 and other 4 paddle for well that's extremerate paddles everything else like clear shells man we get our own for buttons wise anyone can buy extremerate or scuf buttons they sell those separately not that hard for leds I use extremerate for the front face different thumbsticks because there's break and goes bad I use Bluetooth kits for the leds with 2x battery's so people can't say my battery dies so for designs we can do any design on Etsy Custommodz921 and we can do any other job out there that anyone else has done like the guy below there all extremerate parts so what's new there but I do Customs and any theme and all extremerate designs if people like hex, battle beaver,mega modz...we can make any rapidfire controller with extension thumbsticks paddles rapidfire and smart triggers not extremerate one extra buttons the Ultimate Pro Controller with 2x battery's we even sell just 2x battery's so anyone needing a custom design let us know we are ready to start

Anytime you order anything online they ask you for your ID(name, shipping address). Also in this video I was unable to get to $400, and that includes adding things like a carrying case and USB-C cable

Mine was 180 with a discount. I kept the triggers stock tho and didn't do anything crazy for design. Overall decent controller. They are making tons of money off of these tho. The parts they put on them are worth maybe 30 dollars. They all feel kinda cheap to me not horrible but definitely doesn't feel premium to me. All these aftermarket/ upgraded controllers are overpriced. For what I got I think the controller should be 150 tops

I have a Scuf Reflex Pro & FPS. Both are fantastic controllers and I feel like they’re just a way better quality than these other controllers like Aim, Battle Beaver etc. I’ve never had issues with Scuf and I also purchased 2 player packs for additional thumb sticks, the case and another USB-C cable lol. When not in use they’re in their cases and I don’t throw my shit and squeeze the fuck out of them when I’m playing.
Bro i’ve had 2 Scuf Impacts for the ps4 both got stick drift after 3 to 4 months. Idk if you had a Scuf or a Pro for the ps4 if you had can you tell me the new reflex has a way better longevity? Im debating to buy either this aim or the new reflex you see. Reflex so expensive tho

@@a1hun So far it's held up pretty good actually no issues with it. I still have my scuf and that's doing pretty good too, I think we had some issues with it but now it's gone. So now I have two pro controllers and I'm about to get the dual sense edge next and probably just use that, but yeah. The aim V3 with the digital buttons on the face is pretty nice I think that's what gives that company the advantage over the others.
Ive never had issues with mine i have the reflex fps and in mw2 i have a 5kd with 100k kills 10 days played and havent had issues since release and used it all of vanguard. Its how you treat it and how u play it comes down too or u had a defected one

Which controller would you recommend between the AIM and Scuf Reflex Pro? I want to keep the Adaptive triggers and i don't really need 4 paddles. This won't be a FPS controller. I use this Scuf Instinct FPS on Series X and love it. Currently the Scuf is about $230 and AIM $210
Aim. You can remove the paddles whenever you want and the scuf controller has been delivered broken and the service of scuf is near impossible to get a hold of from what I've heard.
I just got my AIM controller today. So previously I bought a Xbox controller from AIM & it had stick drift. But the PS5 controller that came in today, I like it. I bought Scuf, Battle Beaver & AIM. And I have to say as of right now I’m liking my controller from AIM. I believe people just abuse their controllers and say it’s the company’s fault. I take care of my controllers, because these controllers ain’t cheap. But don’t get me wrong I like stick drift and you will get it especially playing FPS games. But man I’m impressed with AIM so far. 😅🙏🏼

All i can say is the aim controller are amazing , But the only issue for me is the back paddels they are so uncomfortable to use 4 of them , I used to play with the elite series 2 and its so much uncomfortable then the ps5 one (Im talk about the paddles) , So unfortunately im using only 2 paddles cus my hands cant fit the 4 ones their location are terrible
I'm an owner since January. I bought it for the rear paddles but unfortunately it got the V2 which I ended to remove after a couple of days because they're simply terrible. After seeing this video I'm now trying to get my hands on V3 paddles, but it seems they were removed entirely from the Aim website :( For everything else this is a solid pad, better than the standard Dualsense. The absolute best for my hands is still the Xbox Elite V2, but good look finding one not faulty. I'll wait and see for an Elite V3 since the Core is an absolute joke

Voiding a warranty due to it being opened is next to impossible to uphold and makes it a really non-consumer friendly company. It has been passed in many places that you do not void any warranties opening products unless it can be proven that the damage happened. Really disgusting to see especially at their price.

I made my purchase based on this video and if I could give you ten thumbs down I would. 360 BUCKS WASTED. YOU CANNOT REMAP THE L2 OR R2 BUTTONS. The sole purpose for the purchase was remapping the L1 and L2 to the rear spider. You didn't mention that in your review.

i have to disagree with aim being under battle beaver in cutomization. aim even offers free colored joysticks which im pretty sure battle beaver charges 8 or 10 dollars for it.

Purchased this controller and have had it for about 5 months or so and it's already needing repair. The left thumbstick holder is broken so I can't have a thumbstick on the left. The plastic to hold the thumbstick in is weak if you tend to push on it fairly hard like I do.
V2 paddles are dog shit. Mine broke. Got replacements, then 2 of those broke.
Emailed them to get the V3 paddles. 4 weeks later,……. No reply, no paddles.

Yeah they change the threshold from month to month, honestly $250 is the highest I can recall. sometimes its a reasonable amount you would be spending on a controller anyways but $250 is a big barrier to entry for that promotion.
