    Full recipe: jenniferbanz.c...
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 20 minutes Servings: 6 Calories: 737kcal
    INGREDIENTS:
    Low Carb Cheddar Biscuits
    1/4 cup Melted butter
    4 large Eggs
    1/3 cup Coconut flour
    1/4 teaspoon Salt
    1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
    1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
    Low Carb Sausage Gravy
    1 pound Ground sausage
    1 cup Chicken broth
    1 cup Heavy cream
    1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
    Salt and pepper to taste
    INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre-heat ove to 400F. Line a baking pan with parchment, a silicone baking mat, or spray with cooking spray. Add all of the biscuit ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine. Scoop the batter using a 3 tbsp scoop or spoon out 3 tabelspoons worth of batter for each biscuit. Place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Makes 6 biscuits.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
While the biscuits are cooking, make the gravy. In a large skillet, brown and crumble the sausage over medium-high heat until it is cooked through. Add the chicken broth, cream, and xanthan gum. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer, reduce the heat to low, and continue to simmer until the gravy is thick. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
To serve, cut the biscuits in half and spoon gravy onto biscuits. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Why does the recipe on your website call for 1/3 cup coconut flour and you are using 2 cups of almond flour on this video? It seems like too big of a difference in amounts. I cannot find the written almond flour biscuit recipe,

From dummies dot com website, here is a way to convert coconut flour for almond flour: "Replacing coconut flour for almond flour (or grain flours) requires that you adjust the amount of liquid and eggs added. A good starting point is to substitute 1 cup of almond flour with 1/4 cup (1 ounce) of coconut flour. You will also need to add 1 egg for every 1/4 cup of coconut flour used in addition to the eggs called for in the original recipe." Now this was referring to baking, but it seems to follow what she did here. Hope this helps!

Because it's the coconut flour version of the recipe she mentions in the video. Some people can't have almond flour.

To thicken, just simmer the water out. A little patience and time is all that’s needed.

The printed recipe needs to be corrected. The video uses 2 cups almond flour (which is correct), however the attached recipe that can be printed says 1/3 cup coconut flour.

The recipe she speaks of verbally, is not the same as the description. She’s talking about 2 cups of almond flour in the description it says 1/3 cup of coconut flour?

You said 2 cups ALMOND flour, but recipe says 1/3 COCONUT flour, which is it? Also, no garlic powder listed in recipe!

Someone commented below saying that if you have a nut allergy you can use 1/3 cup coconut flour instead.

Why not use beef broth? Looks like soup. Maybe add a little more cream cheese for thickener?
