John, thanks for doing those "time stamps". Helps a lot to go to a topic on the recording that we are specifically interested in. Great video John. Also, how can we meet you in Los Angeles?

If you live in Vegas like John and I, or another desert area (& don't forage)... You can hit your Sprout's grocery store and get organic dandelion greens now. Also, your local Mexican grocery will have cactus pads. Both will almost certainly be local & fresh (and possibly wild). Turns out I love cactus pads and pretty much replaced cucumbers with them, and eat them (and dandelion) in my daily huge salads daily. To me they taste like cucumber with a citrus vibe. Just a couple tips I hope may help someone. Peace

Thanks and nice video, carrots release certain things cooked, also tomatoes when cooked provide certain things also, then a potato has to be cooked. I use pink salt or celtic sea salt, I have less issues with them.

John would you recommend eating watermelon with a cavity, rift, or weird split inside? I've heard it could be the result of irregular growth from chemicals.

Approximate need to get your daily calories:
25 pounds of leafy greens or
12 pounds of non-root vegetables or
    10 pounds of fruit
---So how are these raw vegans getting most of their calories ? Nuts and nut butter ?

3 kilograms of bananas is 6.6 pounds and 3000 calories. If you want to eat the least amount of food for the most calories drink oil and eat sugar!

@Michael Veri - There are 132 calories in 1 pound of Alfalfa Seeds (Sprouted) therefore if only eating sprouts in a day you would need 15.15 pounds to get 2000 calories. This is worse than just eating non-starchy vegetables.

EARLY HUMANS BUILDING THE FOUNDATION OF CIVILIZATION: "I have this weird idea. What if we take these starchy roots that are burred all around us and put then over a fire. Maybe the heat will make it easier to digest?"
MODERN HUMANS: "No! Poison! If it was good enough for your smaller, non-nomadic, tree-dwelling ancestors it good enough for you! In fact .. it's .. optimal!"

This is what happens when you become obsessive with one way of eating...Clearly whatever John is eating shows inflammation in his body. His aura is off. His gut/ stomach is obviously showing the body is off. His hair seems to be showing something is off as well.. John does not look in optimum health. Sorry, just my assumption.

I Watch Organic use proper English. You said. If you not 100% raw I just don’t want to hear anything you have to say.
What you meant to say wise.
      If you’re not 100% raw.
Do you see what I mean ?
Until you get it right I don’t want to listen to a single word out of your mouth.

@mod trend @mod trend ancient Hebrews who were ALL black were also all raw vegan.. Know facts before you comment and i don't mean the false facts that the colonizers manufactured either.
