Yes, it can be caused by overheating, but the fist part is fake, if it has two rings and it’s overheating, then let it cool down and prevent it from happening again by letting it breathe by relocating it.

don't waste your time on this video. It is an internal error that is causing the problem. Relocating your xbox might make it temporarily work for an hour or so but the basic problem is still there, take your xbox apart and do the job properly instead of wasting time on this crap
