Here is my reason I left exp, first sponsor is a no show. Text and call never respond, the person above him said don’t bother the broker it is not their job to answer your deal questions. Second thing I left is fkng broker don’t respond to my text emails or calls and lost deals, third too many freaking paperwork to get client to sign, 4th too complicated application and nonsense to just get paid. Fifth felt lonely they no one at the team even reach out to me.
That is unfortunate especially when eXp can be sponsor dependent. I was glad I found family tree in workplace and had that! It is most definitely a brokers responsibility to help with deals! We’re fortunate here were we do have the area leaders so you don’t have that feeling of being alone. It is their job to be proactive in reaching out and being available! Where did you end up?
