  • Using the mantra, “I am peace”, coordinated with the breath, this meditation will help to cultivate more inner peace. We want this “peaceful” state to become our natural reaction to stressful situations.
    "Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or handwork. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart."
